Eating something live, next. Absolutely delicious and yummy boneless beef short ribs, hands down Winner for me. Absolutely Outstanding

Korean BBQ is originally just pork. Only when Korean BBQ was introduced to Japan, Japan used beef as their main protein with barely any pork. Korea had bulkogi, but that's completely different from the straight quality cuts of Wagyu beef you can find in Japan. But now Korea is taking that Japanese beef style into their own game. Edit: So quick story, if you want good beef bbq, Japan does it better. If you want Pork, Korea does it better. I am a pork guy so I pretty much prefer the Korean style

I couldn’t do the live octopus but the raw marinated crabs and gamjatang look Really good!!! Can’t wait to go back to Korea and eat🫶🏽🫰🏽❤️
