I changed my front brakes, total running 20km on meter, they didn't even apply any grease, its making squeaking sound, tak chick khat khat sometimes while applying front brakes. TVs service centre
@@TenShinChoejin I recommend you going to a local mechanic and getting it checked. They usually don't grease the brakes. Try washing it with pressurized water, I do use Vim liquid as it's a powerful degreaser to clean out all the mud particles that get stuck in the brakes. If you still face an issue then get it checked by the local mechanic. If you go to TVS, they will tell you to change the part.
@@htklofficial check your brake oil pump, its located near the handle. If there is no spring action then it's jammed. I recently changed mine for Rs. 350. Try going to a certified mechanic and tell him the issue. Ask them for warranty. If they say they will give warranty they are confident about their job and will fix it properly. Certain parts wear off with time so you will need to get specific parts replaced.

Its simple, I used a white paint pen. You can purchase it online for around Rs.100. Its been 4 years since I painted them. I used white oil paint (Asian paint) for back tyres and it came off after a year which I don't recommend. Will make another video on detailing tyres.
TVS service book says 21,000 km but according to me the stock break oil lasts for atleast 30,000 km on average riding. TVS uses DOT3, but if you want better protection and less wear and tear use DOT4.
Hey man, take your bike back to the service centre / local mechanic, whoever put the new disk and ask them to get it fixed. Unless you have done it yourself. If a new disk plate was installed check if the screws are loose. If new break shoes were installed, check the caliper. Sometimes the caliper can have dirt stuck on it, this can mess up the spring action of the brakes. The other issues can be your break oil. I have made another video for changing front break oil. That needs to be changed every 3 years or 20,000 km.

Which tools to unscrew thr parts
Sorry for the delayed response. But I used a 8 mm and 10 mm hex socket and flat screw driver. You will need plyers to remove safety pin.
