You are true that property bubble is going to burst. Three things to consider 1. In US most of the people usually go with Fixed interest rate for mortgage( which is not in india) so their EMI wnt get affected. 2. Rent is almost = home EMI so it make sense to american citizen to invest in realestate 3: INR always depreciates so it is better investment in US for NRIs…
