  • 8 Weeks Post-Bikini Competition | Overcoming the Post-Show Blues 😓🍩
    Here we are-8 weeks since my bikini competition, and honestly? It’s been a tough ride. Prep was intense, pushing my limits day in and day out to get stage-ready💪. But now that it’s over, staying motivated has been a different kind of challenge, especially with post-show sugar cravings kicking in 🍫🍪 and just having had Halloween.
    Between family obligations, sickness passing through our house 🤒, and non-stop events with the kiddos 🎃👦👧, it feels like life is testing me at every turn. Today, though, I’m finally feeling more like myself, even if I’m 8 pounds above my show weight at 108 pounds.
    In this vlog, I take you through my day-from morning cardio 🏃‍♀️, breakfast, and a quick conference at my kids' school, to a brunch date 🥞, and wrapping it up with a leg workout 🍑. Join me as I navigate the highs and lows of post-show life, trying to find balance, tackle those cravings, and embrace this next phase of my fitness journey. 💥
