I was there when that place was natural, with just a few native huts being rented for the day. Although it still looks nice now, I don’t think I liked such overdone developments. Maybe I will keep those beautiful memories the way they were.

Are you sure , the only 5 stars resort in Mactan? There's Shangrilla Mactan, Plantation Bay, J Park , Crimsons Resorts and many more.
FYI - Shangri-la Mactan, Plantation Bay, JPark, Crimson, Dusit Thani are also 5 star hotels in Macta. Do your research better pls.
