where can i find the silver ingots? from the trick or treat 2020 or they can be found on the pumpkins in the city?

You can find them from TOT 2020 or you can grind the 2023 tots every cycle and open the tots to get candys and when you get over 20 candys u can craft silver ingots in ur crafting market :)
