my set 1: impaler crossbow that is free to use and serves well in most situations except horde rush/aggro 2:hailstorm that serves well against bosses and slowing them down a bit and smaller group of regular zeds 3:fatman cryothrower with decent knockback and slowing ability that could save butt from wasteland or deathrow hordes/aggro but not too good against something with very high hp
Just wanted to clarify before it gets out of hand, this is purely based on my experience when using the weapon. Overall, I think that the Impaler Crossbow is a pretty decent weapon to pick up if you're looking for a weapon that has good CC Capabilities and DPS for those who have over 50%+ DMG boost, I would probably highly recommend getting one. Otherwise, I would still suggest using weapon like the Barnel if you're only using it purely for looting.
@@pleolin8125 If it's for overall use then yeah. I guess you can get the Impaler for that since the weapon's versatility allows you to cover a lot of stuff in your gameplay experience since it can be used to loot around with it, for doing DPS and doing CC.

its slept on just like fatman and hailstorm. Its a great weapon, i got one for my profile. i have slightly higher DPS so mine does 140 a bow

Do you think this is worth it over the Barnell if I don't have damage boost?
