@@TyFenwick Ford Australia has revealed it has replaced nine examples of the new-generation Ford Ranger ute - including two high-profile cases that attracted national media attention on Channel Nine’s A Current Affair this week - since the model went on sale six months ago. After being fined $10 million by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) in 2018 for multiple warranty breaches involving other models in the Ford range, the US car giant says it has expanded its Melbourne-based customer complaints division but concedes it still needs to do better when addressing major vehicle faults - and reduce turnaround times.
Good job Ty , I’m in the market to buy the complete set-up would have loved a more intense view on all of the accessories ie roof top tent does it have power points for fans lights and mod cons , also the GVM how does that look now with the MITS package added to it
@@trickster8635 The Ranger is a mid-size truck in most markets; same with the Chevy Colorado ZR2, & GMC Canyon AT4X. I live outside the big City & do not haul much weight, so this mid-size Ranger segment is ideal.
The Ford F250 with a canopy (yank import) has more room in the tub (1930.4mm) than the Ram, far more guts and in my view more comfort inside. On a 15k trip around the West as far as Broome and down to Esperance, carrying 100 gal spare fuel, ( parts of WA don't have servo's close together🙂 ) generator, and much more, I averaged 12.4 l per 100k for the trip. Not bad for a 6.7l turbo diesel 7metres long and 3 tonne - hard to park near shops tho 🙂
It's going overboard, development spiral to out do the next one. It's all weight, it's all overkill, all adding up to make the car feel and handle "heavy". Now, with that box on the back with it's dedicated drawers, it can no longer be used as a ute.
The MITS designed canopy you can unbolt and move, or complete remove internals as you need them. You could have a completely empty canopy for all your Ute needs or remove the canopy for a flat tray bed.
Ohh ya ill tell u what I did with my new 23 ranger I drove the peace of shit back to the dealer and told them jam up ur hole ,nothing but trouble, trans seal split from vibration total failure, and it got stuck in reverse, on side of road for 6 hours no ford support ,let's keep talking up the new ranger 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮
I wish we could these builds in the States. I love the Australian overlanders.
MULE OUTFITTERS in US import MITS trays and canopy’s mate.
Lmao.
We do build overlanders

@@TyFenwick Is there a Philippine source?
Schmick maaaaa👍. Go Mits. Proud 🇦🇺🤙. Great walk around Ty
That is one awesome build! Great work guys
Unbelievable build 🧡
Hi Ty. I love your channel mate. Thanks for the great content 👍 👍
Thanks mate 😎🤙🏼
That’s killer
Nice!
Amazing build. Puts my FX4 to shame.
As long as your out there enjoying mate that’s all that matters
Whats the weight of that with full tanks got to be close to GVM or over with a couple of people in it ?
Be around GVM I’d imagine mate, I think it’s getting GVM upgrade but.
Rebuilt, yes that’s about right given all the problems they’ve had.
What problems are you referring to ?

What does the rig weigh?
Yes
🙌🏼

Still waiting on GVM upgrades for the Next Gen Ranger at this stage. I might do a video on that once it’s done
If thats a Salisbury type diff it's going to be a pain. The rear pan coming off isn't so it can be cleaned.
Why move the Spare from underneath?
Easier/faster access with it on the back plus an auxiliary fuel tank will replace where the tyre was.
How much roughly would all that be on road? I’m thinking like 150k including the car?
Easy I'd reckon
Yeah I’d guess around that with all the gear it’s got 🤙🏼
Doesn’t seem to be sitting very high with 33’s, what size lift is that? And do you think 35’s could fit?
No sure
Ford & Ram trucks are top-shelf in my opinion. 2nd-tier is Chevy/GMC & Toyota. Then comes VW & Nissan. Love this latest gen Ranger … excellent!!! 🇫🇮🇦🇺
Try wheelin a F-truck or Ram or GMC or Tundra around aussie bush tracks, then you will see why those trucks are confined to bitumen roads only.

Looks sweet! What would that vehicle cost to buy/build as it stands? Approx.
About $150 with vehicle I’d say
@@TyFenwick Thanks mate
Absolutely awesome but this would close to $45/50k of extras
No snorkel?
is it going to be a reliable 3.0l v6 donk
It’s been in Land Rover vehicles in the past so I think it should be a good motor
@@TyFenwick its GDI so its gonnq be junk
Gloss black is great in showroom, wait till it has boobyalla pin stripes
Brilliant. Im not a huge fan of the black rims though.
How much is the Mits canopy cost feature in this video

Weight would be interesting
Man I’m not a big fan on the face lift on the rangers still a nice setup
Really ? I’ve heard mixed reactions to it. I personally love it 😎🤙🏼
Fully Sik
Can’t wait for the 2023 ford ranger raptor to come out. Going to make the wildtrak look like a little bitch!
I’m about to drive it mate, stay tuned for videos coming on channel soon 😎🤙🏼
Wildtrack spanks the Raptor with its 3 5T tow capacity.
Needs a snorkel then is classified fully built
None available at the moment but it’s on the mod list.
Too much technology!

$$$$$$ please- pretty sure people would buy this if avaible as is
It cant even tow a decent sized boat, renders it useless IMO
Wana tow buy a F250 IMO
Aplogies was directed at a Raptor supporter further down the comments chain.....nothing wrong with the Wildtrack, it's a bloody good truck!
