Many people in Iran are not sufficiently aware of the reality of life in other countries, and unconsciously compare their own situation with incorrect perceptions they have of other countries. Additionally, some media outlets may disseminate inaccurate information about Iran, leading to confusion and the creation of undesirable images of the country's situation. This can lead to the formation of negative and incorrect ideas among the people.

That's because iranians are used to be clean and try to eat healthy. It doesn't mean every thing is good here. In fact things are complicated and are getting worse everyday.

Iranians look southern European and the thing I noticed is that many women go scarfless! Especially young women ❤
Those women who defy the hijab law are taking large risks! Several arrests have been made recently. Only women who live in the wealthy areas can get away with it - for now!
One thing that strikes me in many of these videos (apart from the fascinating insight you give us) is the vast quantity of Peugeot 206s. Any particular reason for this?
Peugeot 206s are quite popular in Iran due to their affordability, reliability, and fuel efficiency.
The situation of cars in Iran is truly distressing. Following the sanctions imposed against Iran in 2011, all car manufacturing companies ceased exports to Iran, causing a significant increase in car prices. However, Peugeot had a contract in Iran in 2000 to establish the production line of Peugeot 206 in Iran. For this reason, Peugeot 206 is still being produced in Iran (albeit with lower quality than Peugeot in France).

Most of the men in shirtsleeves or at the most light jacksts! Most of the women bundled up in ugly winter coats along with head-covers! Iran is not a forward looking country!
I've been to Alabama and a few other states, most women are in indecent clothing and most men wear ugly checkered flannel shirts with low quality jeans, not to mention everybody reeks of alcohal! I think the US is a backward looking country, especially with the Roa vs. Wade being overturned and the rights of women being denied to them, there isn't much hope for the USA, quite frankly I think China is more advanced and forward looking at the moment.
