Secondly I guess since they already had experience in fighting, one in boxing the other in wrestling, and they were all really talented anyways, maybe they could have become that strong in only four days they already had the fundamentals down in one fighting style, and it's not like they were scrawny so they didn't really need to waste time trying to build up strenght all they had to focus on were mastering the techniques. And lastly it's not like they became unstoppable they were getting connected during there fights. But thank you that's a fun fact I never noticed that it only took four days.

Same here. Great martial arts flick
But it pales compared to the first one
I tried doing that with a piece of paper as well, and the paper won.
😂
Remember.........anything is possible
The paper is the most greatest enemy of all
I tried kept punching the paper of the tape
Your not ready come back tomorrow
I listen to this song a lot when I train. Love it motivates me.
Mom: why are you sweating so hard?
Me: I was trying to rip paper.....
This gives me nostalgia from 1 year ago when i tried this too
🤣🤣🤣
Little known fact Michael Jai chose this montage song personally
Well, yeah… he directed this, didn’t he?

Calisthenics 1999 1 extra day for that 10/10 training haha.
ALL MIGHT They trained hard and all day and its just a movie and it must've took months to film and they trained in real life off camera

It’s crazy how much MMA how grown since this movie came out. This was really the foundation right here when MMA was still a baby
why this movie looks older than never back down 1.....it literally look like an vintage b grade movie
Because this was a direct-to-DVD sequel with barely a fraction of the budget the previous film got.
Barely a fraction of the acting too.
What is the movie name
Still a good story imo tho
And yet it was still a good movie
Omg chills down my spine whenever i watch this movie
why did he keep ripping new pages if he didnt punch a hole through any
@Samo Guštam what?
@Jamie B yep....and nower else gotta give the guy credit that's getting it right the first TIME
Because after a couple punches without making a hole through the paper it gets crumbled and wrinkly
Me and my friends tried this when we were in high school. Sometimes you tear the bottom half of the paper.
The movie was no way near as good as the first one but still holds a special place in me. Brings back a lot of good memories from when I was a teen.
