This is one I’ve been wanting to do for a while. I really like Hashirama and Madara, which is one reason why I vote for those two constantly on the NARUTOP99 poll. Ya boi wants to see a spin-off centered on one of those two very badly. Regardless of who wins though, it doesn’t change that I want to tell this story. As we all know, there is a direct link between Naruto, Hashirama Senju and Asura Otsutsuki, just as there is a direct link between Sasuke, Madara Uchiha and Indra Otsutsuki. And while all are very similar in the way they act, there is a distinct difference in personality that each one possesses, as well as general ability, and I just thought it might be interesting to see what would happen if we switched their places. Also, I might have just wanted to see what Hashirama might look like if those long, beautiful locks were yellow. So, here we are. Let’s see what would change if the two shifted places.

One thing that needs to be mentioned is that aside from the Akastsuki never being a thing, Minato alone would be enough to defeat Pain. Otherwise great story as always

what will happen if hashirama and madara role is reverse? For example hashirama falls into darkness and wants to create mugen tsukuyomi (just like madara) after all of his brothers and family members dies in war while madara who his brother is still alive wants to build konoha and save hashirama from the darkness (just like hashirama did in the original)?

@@joemomma7500 Well, he wouldn't get the rinnegan though, unless Hashirama is an Uchiha and Madara is a Senju, but unless you just reverse powers (then the destiny is the same), Hashirama would have both sharingan and mokuton and Madara would only get dead brothers.
@@serhumano3692 If he beat Madara and steal his sharingan he may would have rinnegan. Another bad thing is mokuton make very easy to beat bijuu, so he could get all for himself, he have sage mode too so I guess he would get juubi even faster.

I like how you changed Orochimaru's ambitions to seek after a Senju's body and granted him the Sharigan due to the abundance of Uchiha in a world where the Uchiha massacre did not occur. The only weird thing beside Zabuza though is Madara's speech. I mean it's a good speech, but I just don't see how he developed the character to make it.

Not gonna lie, this was my only disappointment with this. I was thinking a 12-13yr old Madara should've lost to a 12-13yr old Neji especially after establishing Hashirama and Madara as the top 2 of the academy

Really good video, there’s only a few things I disagree with. For one, adult Naruto should have no problem destroying Kakuzu on his own. I’m also not sure how Naruto would die during the war as, in theory, he’d be the most powerful shinobi in the world. I know Hashirama died, but Madara wasn’t around back then so it’s likely that Naruto and Hashirama got some kind of chakra disease like Itachi if they died. I mean look how dominant Minato was in that war or even edo Madara in the third war, taking out thousands of shinobi single handedly and with relative ease. Also, when Minato fights Orochimaru, he should not have been struggling there. Hiruzen himself says that if Minato were there he would be able to defeat Orochimaru easily. The sharingan would certainly make Orochimaru stronger, however this would also definitely be a stronger Minato than the one who defeated Obito, and Obito is clearly stronger than Orochimaru without a sharingan, so if Orochimaru surpasses that Obito by gaining a sharingan, Minato still stomps because flying thunder god was specifically made to counter sharingans. But all of this is likely moot because considering Minato is the hokage and not Hiruzen, Orochimaru would have been long dead when the hokage, Minato, confronts him over his experiments. Kushina not having the nine tails in the first place also makes no sense, why would Mito live any longer? And if she did then why would Kushina ever be brought to Konoha? She would have died along with the rest of the Uzamaki since she wasn’t sent to Konoha to become a jinchuriki. And finally, assuming the story went exactly how you said, how in gods name would Nagato be able to take Kushina’s nine tails? First of all, the akatsuki would never be radicalized, as Obito would not be around to have them attempt the infinite tsukoyomi plan. And it’s likely that Hanzo is never influenced into capturing Konan considering Danzo would be kept on a short leash by Minato, who never trusted him, and so Yahiko lives. So the fight even happening is really questionable, but if it does then it would go vastly differently than how it was later out. Nagato could not possibly take the 9 tails from Kushina when she herself will be a tough battle and Minato, Hashirama, and Madara are all in the village fighting him. A Naruto who is less powerful than all of these people, except arguably either Madara or Hashirama, nearly beats Nagato himself. The idea that Nagato could take the 9 tails by himself is just ridiculous

Only if he were indra reincarnation. Six paths chakra dos not make sharingan a rinnegan, like we saw with Obito when he was juubito.

@@paky3274 he didn't got it because of six paths chakra only. He got it because he is a reincarnation of Indra and needed Asura reincarnation or Hagoromo chakra unlock rinnegan.
He and Madara are both very expecifica case if beind reincarnete/possessed by Aindra a Asura or have hagoromo help you can turn sharingan in to rinnegan.
Rebember Obito besis juubi chakra which is pure 6 paths chakra he also had like 50 of his body made of hashirama cells and yet no rinnegan for him.
@@RubyAPBT It took Madara decades to unlock his rinnegan after getting Hashirama's cells. So, even if Obito met all the requirements it wouldn't just happen instantly. The reason Sasuke awakened his rinnegan instantly is because he directly received half of Hagoromo's chakra.

And I thought it only apply to witnessing the death of a close relative or friend or they they thought died but was still alive. And that the sharingan was unlocked by powerful emotions or stress. Or loss of someone. And my bad that I don’t remember that there weren’t any rules to get mangekyo.

The problem I see at least with the first part is that naruto is very dependant of other people to use most of his power, the most obvious is kurama but he also has the resengan and the sage mode, things which he would not have without previous ties of other people with the toads or creating the jutsu. I can see him managing to create the resengan if he saw a tailed beast and even doing the resen shurikan too but sage mode is probably out of his power and if sasuke could overpower him at any point (which considering he would be at the power he had before his rinnegan is very likely) naruto would be death and the war on states would continue.
I understand the naruto decision is to mirror hashirama and build the village but I just wanted to point it out.
