Well Pain was directly responsible for destroying Konoha himself in an attempt to capture Naruto due to Tobi and Zetsu's influence, since he was away to master Sage Mode. I don't believe that the village think this way and go so far to pin him like that... I just hope that a different scenario that is more convincing would happen to have us to understand the village's choice to blame him for the attack, lets say he did something unthinkable that lead to Pain find and attempt to capture him.

I love these "What If" videos of yours. I feel like the way everyone treated Naruto wasn't addressed enough in the series. Naruto talks about it a lot, but we only see a handful of people actually feel bad about how they treated him. I loved seeing Ebisu change his attitude towards him. But we never see any of the villagers (who were the main culprits) show remorse.
So far this is the saddest ending I've seen And the fact that I feel like this would absolutely happen makes it even sadder Naruto was hated for his whole life by the very people he sacrificed his body to protect. He had the burden of having the very thing that could desecrate the entire village inside of him and he was hated because of that, naruto's actions are completely justified in this au and the fact that he ended up sacrificing himself again for the people who hated him makes me realise even more that naruto is pure of heart and without a sin 😭 The end damn near made me cry😭

in my own fanfic, Naruto is more like Sasuke personality-wise (dark & edgy) due to the treatment he received from the villagers for years. Also, Naruto avoids school and instead try to learn things by himself. He often sneak into the 3rd's house to steal a peek into some scrolls and then try to learn it every night. So by the time the Genin exam started, Naruto already learned a lot of technique/jutsu as well as chakra control. From one of the scroll, Naruto also learned about the seal on his stomach, met Kurama much earlier, and became close due to their "similar" situation : Being shunned and feared just for being themselves. Of course, Naruto didn't participate in the exam since he never goes to the academy, instead when a lot of attention is focused on the exam, Naruto made his escape from the village and became a ronin. Naruto work as mercenary or missing ninja while avoiding the anbu chasing him. After a few years, he became more and more disconnected, and focuses solely on how to become stronger to survive. By the time of the Chuunin exam, Naruto under a new alias of "Crimson Fox" aka "Benigitsune" (don't judge me, got the idea directly from mozilla) is now working under Kazekage (who's actually Orochimaru) to attack Konoha. At first Naruto was hesitant, but remembering how the villagers treated him all those times made him angry and immediately accepted the job. So during the incident, Naruto's job is to lure or eliminate any anbu/jonin away, which he did. But Orochimaru still got his hand sealed while Gaara is killed by Kakashi. After some time, Konoha recovered while Naruto has grown much stronger and mastered the use of Kurama's chakra. Basically became a world famous assassin/mercenary and through this that he finally made contact with Akatsuki who wants to extract Kyuubi but Naruto gave them an offer : He will help Akatsuki with their job while extracting Kyuubi's chakra little by little in exchange of giving Naruto all access to knowledge he wants, and they agreed. Things stays the same with the OG except for Naruto not being with Konoha but instead he's out there going places doing Akatsuki's job. Naruto also got pretty close with Pain and some other members, and... that's where I stopped writing it. it was way back in high school... I still keep the note but have no idea where I should go next with the story.

It would be the biggest WTF plot twists in anime history. Imagine all those years of following Naruto we found out he was planning this the whole time.
There’s a whole movie on this very idea: Madara is testing out an incomplete version of the Infinite Tsukiyomi on both Naruto and Sakura. They essentially switch places, Sakura with no parents and Naruto with Minato and Kushina still alive. Except this version of reality has a “dark or evil” Naruto that Kurama actually is found of/aligns with. It’s very interesting and I recommend checking it out
I'm sure if the village did treat him like that after defeating Pain, all his friends and close ones would stick up for him against all the hateful villagers. Probably wouldn't change too much, but I doubt they would sit by and let this happen after he risked himself for their safety.
Ok, so far the best and most believable of your What Ifs. Just some people being jerks can doom the world, just as some people being noble can save it. Extra points for showing how Naruto's will prevails in the bonds he formed, even if he were to break. The most far-fetched parts here are Black Zetsu being killed (can he even be killed? He was just sealed away in the show), Naruto transplanting the Rinnegan to himself despite not knowing any medical ninjutsu (but we endured through worse logical leaps) and reviving Madara with the same Rinne Tensei as war casualties (yes, otherwise he can't be killed, but he still can be sealed! We don't need that shortcut!), so really not that much. Good job!
naruto's perseverance and good morals despite all the shitty things that happened to him is what made fans love him a lot. but in all honesty, there were several times throughout watching the anime that made me wish naruto could have taken on a different path... like this one. idk it just makes more sense to me I guess. more realistic considering the way he's been treated his whole life.

Note: Using the Samsara of Heavenly Life Technique does not cause its user to die, the only reason nagato died was chakra exhaustion. To elaborate further on chakra exhaustion, it occurs when someone in naruto uses up all of their chakra but still continues to use jutsu or uses a jutsu that drains/uses more chakra than they have at any given moment, which causes their life force to be used instead. As for naruto in this situation who has the juubi and a rinnegan, along with being half uzumaki and half namikaze, or in other words naruto in this specific situations has enough chakra to use the Samsara of Heavenly Life Technique at least 5 times (relative to the scale nagato used it at) without dyeing. BUT lets say that in order to revive everyone who he needs to he has to use up all of his chakra and his life force along with it, well then instead of doing that he could simply use senjutsu chakra instead of his own. BUT lets say he cant use senjutsu chakra for some reason, well then he could simply use the life force of the juubi instead of his own. (similarly to what happens to kurama after baryon mode) BUT lets say he cant use the life force of the juubi, well then he might die, but even then its unlikely due to him being both uzumaki and namikaze along with there being PLENTY of people who could save him. (side note: not much is known about the namikaze clan other than they are distant relatives of the senju and the uzumaki)

Agree with most of the points , but in Naruto verse eyes are like bulbs already ( specially in the war arc ) and zetsu we don’t know as you said .

As a Shonen series I feel like you'd get one hell of a citation you would receive for Uno reversing talk no Jutsu on the protagonist of the series
This is a dark "what if" scenario but if we're being realistic, this should've been the story in my personal opinion.

This is the first WHAT IF I like out of all the what ifs
Note: Using the Samsara of Heavenly Life Technique does not cause its user to die, the only reason nagato died was chakra exhaustion.
To elaborate further on chakra exhaustion, it occurs when someone in naruto uses up all of their chakra but still continues to use jutsu or uses a jutsu that drains/uses more chakra than they have at any given moment, which causes their life force to be used instead. As for naruto in this situation who has the juubi and a rinnegan, along with being half uzumaki and half namikaze, or in other words naruto in this specific situations has enough chakra to use the Samsara of Heavenly Life Technique at least 5 times (relative to the scale nagato used it at) without dyeing.
BUT lets say that in order to revive everyone who he needs to he has to use up all of his chakra and his life force along with it, well then instead of doing that he could simply use senjutsu chakra instead of his own.
BUT lets say he cant use senjutsu chakra for some reason, well then he could simply use the life force of the juubi instead of his own. (similarly to what happens to kurama after baryon mode)
BUT lets say he cant use the life force of the juubi, well then he might die, but even then its unlikely due to him being both uzumaki and namikaze along with there being PLENTY of people who could save him.
(side note: not much is known about the namikaze clan other than they are distant relatives of the senju and the uzumaki)
