Naruto’s greatest ability that he has ever displayed is not his Shadow Clone Jutsu, or his Rasengan. It is generally the more meme’d about ability that has jokingly become known as “Talk no Jutsu”. But in reality, this was truly one of his greatest abilities. The ability to understand the villains and connect with them. It was this ability that defeated Nagato, and it was this ability that brought Sasuke back from his path of hatred. Naruto with this ability alone ended an Uchiha Curse that spanned thousands of years all the way back to Indra Otsutsuki. To say that Naruto’s ability to understand and connect with villains is a powerful ability is an understatement, as it more than affects those villains, but it breaks the fourth wall, crossing over the borders of panels and pages and affects the viewer too. It showed us how to be better capable of feeling compassion for others. In the words of my favorite pokemon theme song “It’s not always black and white, but your heart always knows what’s right”. And that is what it boils down to. Sometimes people have a reason for the path they choose, and maybe that reason is the ONLY reason why they walk this path. Perhaps they would prefer to not be on this path, but someone or something has pushed them down this path. That is what Naruto taught us. But for the sake of this video, let’s say that his Talk no Jutsu is turned on him, and manages to flip him to the darkside. Yes yes. Let’s do that. That shall be fun…

This made me realize, if Naruto wasn't the main character and was a villain, we would all hate Minato for what he did.
Minato would probably be treated like Hiruzen and Danzo right now if Naruto turned to evil instead.

And the fact that I feel like this would absolutely happen makes it even sadder
Naruto was hated for his whole life by the very people he sacrificed his body to protect. He had the burden of having the very thing that could desecrate the entire village inside of him and he was hated because of that, naruto's actions are completely justified in this au and the fact that he ended up sacrificing himself again for the people who hated him makes me realise even more that naruto is pure of heart and without a sin 😭

That kind of suffering doesn't just end that easily
It's ironic to even say that Hiruzen is soft when even taking care of 1 child, he turned it into the most cruel way to do so.
It certainly would've given the series a darker tone even if done for a good reason like Danzo's heavy handed rule. Naruto going rogue would have all the dangers of a runaway Shinobi, maybe he'd join up with Sasuke somewhere along the way.
yeah i was thinking that to imagine sasuke and naruto with orochimaru wonder how that would play out.

I love these "What If" videos of yours. I feel like the way everyone treated Naruto wasn't addressed enough in the series. Naruto talks about it a lot, but we only see a handful of people actually feel bad about how they treated him. I loved seeing Ebisu change his attitude towards him. But we never see any of the villagers (who were the main culprits) show remorse.
This was the best what if I ever heard from The Amagi I have to replay this video 12 times to hear that beautiful ending
THEORY SUGGESTIONS:
1. What if naruto got orochimaru’s curse mark instead of sasuke or what if they both got it
2. What if Naruto was Indra’s reincarnation and sasuke was Ashura’s reincarnation

There’s a whole movie on this very idea: Madara is testing out an incomplete version of the Infinite Tsukiyomi on both Naruto and Sakura. They essentially switch places, Sakura with no parents and Naruto with Minato and Kushina still alive. Except this version of reality has a “dark or evil” Naruto that Kurama actually is found of/aligns with. It’s very interesting and I recommend checking it out

the moment where everyone surround Naruto after he destroyed the village to convince him that they are a family to him was so emotional and impactful.

Not gonna lie, but this timeline gives me a much more vibe than the original. Though it's heartbreaking, I still know that Naruto, know matter what happens will stay as good as he is. 😭😭😭

This is a dark "what if" scenario but if we're being realistic, this should've been the story in my personal opinion.
This all started because Hiruzen gave him a bad living area with no one else
And he didn't watch over Naruto properly!

If Naruto ended up like Menma. Would've been pretty cool twist imo. Couldn't take the hate anymore. Etc. Learned how to tame Kurama and use him at will. And used the Akatsuki too for his own gain.

I feel like this is a good what if, but there would be one change in the story that is Danzo would lock up Naruto after he saved the village and the only reason Danzo didn't is because the village saw him as the hero. This can also make it to where sakura goes alone to stop sasuke and later get killed.

When Naruto’s parents were killed and was an orphan, what if Sasuke’s mom and dad adopted and they became siblings? I wonder how that would play out. I think it’s an interesting thing to think about. Would they’re relationship be different? Or maybe the same?
