Zaheer’s probably one of the most interesting characters in the Avatar franchise. He went from anarchist to spiritual guide. Hell, in the end, he made Korra a better Avatar and person by helping her let go of her ptsd.
I've been waiting for this video since I first learned of Zaheer's character. I wish we had gotten to see more of him. Book 3 of Korra (for me) was better than the entirety of _Avatar_ : _The Last Airbender_ (for me, at least. I realize many will disagree). But I feel that Zaheer was a _much_ better villain and character than Ozai and also a more complete. After book 3 of LoK, I was actually disappointed and let-down in regards to the whole Kuvira plot. You are very probably the most in-depth channel out there when it comes to character biographies. I REALLY enjoy your content and check your channel daily. Until this video on Zaheer, my favorite video used to be your Red Lotus vid. I'm _SO_ glad you decided to put this out! Please keep it up! ❤️
Everyone thinks that their way of life or thinking is always right. Zaheer really thought that all the violence he did was justified to get rid of the "control" of organized government. This is exactly why you need levels of organized authority cause there's always going to be those who do things out of bounds and believe that they can just whatever to whoever. This doesn't mean that government doesn't need oversight but they do serve a purpose in terms of setting up boundaries in which we can manuever within.
I do love the idea of Zaheer being helpful in S4 to Korra’a growth because while it sounds terrible in theory of a villain who was only barely stopped from killing the main character, it makes sense with their characters. Korra’s in a dark place and got desperate, meanwhile Zaheer realized that the new Earth Sictator was running around and being a man of peace and freedom, realized the best chance at stopping her was helping the Avatar, helping her to take on someone the Zaheer would have taken on had he not been imprisoned
Zaheer is my favorite character and I'm dressing up as him for Halloween. I have some questions, how would he respond to the undocumented and illegal immigrants in this country? Would he use those people to his advantage to hasten his work of eliminating rulers and nations? What are your thoughts? I'd like to know, please feel free to reply.

I swear zaheer one of the best airbenders he literally teleported and can locate people and talk to his friend while talking to korra
I have a theory, What if Unalaq betrayed the red lotus not just because of the desire to merge with Vaatu and and reinfornce his spiritual theocracy, but he also found out that since the Avatar was his own niece, she'd be more inclined to trust him? Also, What if the Red Lotus' chaos motif was inspired by Vaatu?
Very likely
So cool that Zaheer and P’Li were the perfect match for each other. Fire and air one can’t be without the other
Is it really prison if you can just pop into the spirit world anytime you want? Not to mention he could walk through a portal and his spirit would freely move around the physical world.
Funny thing is that the earth queen didn’t hear his speech. Sound doesn’t travel in a vacuum
How did he master airbending so fast? He was in prison and only had two weeks
I think it's because he was already in the headspace of an air bender and he is self taught that's why he so powerful
Crazy how it took until the second series that we learn about Raava
What are the chances I look up Zaheer on TH-cam today and this video from 5 days ago exists?
“Do ten dirty in front of their whole squad.”- Rock Lee and Zaheer the art of Wu’tang
5:47 zaheer managed to avoid being wall
I feel like Wall being avoid to managed Zaheer is better
my favorite villain no desire to conquer but to change the system with selfless intention.
3rd COMMENT EPICCC Do history of Rava and vaatu
I actually liked book 4 a lot. Definitely not as good as book 3, but it's like a $50 bill vs a $100 bill. Both still have great value
Zaheer was right...all of the villains were they went the wrong way about it
12:35 That's what she gets for eating Bosco
Who ate bosco?!
@@swatisinha2219 the Earth Queen
@@swatisinha2219 she also ate baby bisons
When Zaheer was bald he reminded me of my cholo relatives, idk why.😅
So sokka was killed by zaheer (red lotus) and korra was like :teach me
Yesssirrr i didn't realize there was a black airbender... The kid at the temple 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Love the video 😄 keep up the good work 😁
Avatar : History of Zaheer
I do love the idea of Zaheer being helpful in S4 to Korra’a growth because while it sounds terrible in theory of a villain who was only barely stopped from killing the main character, it makes sense with their characters. Korra’s in a dark place and got desperate, meanwhile Zaheer realized that the new Earth Sictator was running around and being a man of peace and freedom, realized the best chance at stopping her was helping the Avatar, helping her to take on someone the Zaheer would have taken on had he not been imprisoned
Life of kyoshi
Try MovieFlame
Someone commented it below but I agree. The story in LoK should have revolved solely around The Red Lotus upbringing and path to destroy the Avatar
Life of face stealer
isn't his name Ko?
McDonald's Employee it’s koh
Andy Yang I steal your job I steal faces now
I would love to see how Aang, Zuko, Sokka, and Tenzin beat the red lotus the first time and put them in prison
The video was corrupted at 5:00
Sorry we had to cut sections out to remove a claim TH-cam placed on the video :(
The Amagi that’s okey, we already knew some of the clips.
Dude was a beast, and he just got his bending that season
Zaheer is my favorite character and I'm dressing up as him for Halloween. I have some questions, how would he respond to the undocumented and illegal immigrants in this country? Would he use those people to his advantage to hasten his work of eliminating rulers and nations? What are your thoughts? I'd like to know, please feel free to reply.
I wanna see that
