man, this boss is really kicking my arse, honestly this game has kinda given my whiplash i go through the mobs with very little effort but the bosses all have ridiculous difficulty spikes that almost make them unbearable, i've managed to get through every boss solo through just constant trying but this one finally feels like i'll never get past her
This boss is the absolute worst. Like at 2:36 when it starts from the top and goes all the way down, how tf are you supposed to not take damage? I always just cheese this boss by going to the top right corner and constantly rolling while i DPS the boss from afar.
This boss is so absurdly overpowered in every way. I'm not gonna be a complainer but every one of the significant bosses in Act 3 have a bugged hitbox where their damage frames come through before the animation, they have a gravity type lag that draws you into them and the chaos/meteor attack has such an egregious frequency+damage+coverage that at least with the gear I have, I've died 50 times and I don't think I have the patience to beat it in it's current state. They could chill out any of the issues and it would be slightly better but I think this is close to end game and it makes me think I don't have the gear to beat it
Yeah, the queen of filth has a pretty huge collision. Just try to trade for a better weapon or something. You'll get past Napuatzi then. And Doryani, the next boss, is easy.
No, the stats come online only when it's the active weapon set. I plan to use it in the following way, pair it with a mace and see what skills can slam in there. Something along the lines of jump out of a surround i'm thinking. :)
The gap closer she uses the spear lunge is ridiculous! And don't get me started on the throwing spam!! Also reduce the arena spear damage for fucks sake!! Remove these three things from her kit and she becomes manageable
I feel for you. Good luck man. Try a chaos resistance charm. Or die until you finally dodge all the one shots. I don't have any other tips than the ones i put in the video. :(
This was with a completely solo self found character. With my second character i got her in under 15 seconds, but i traded for good gear from the campaign. The game is not balanced very well for ssf sadly.
@@DefensiveGamesyea I'm on ssf by accident when I first started the game I didn't even realize I clicked it was late at night I just wanted to play the game lol I hope they allow swapping modes eventually 😂
@@DefensiveGames me too I feel like my character fell off a cliff with stats but I been tryna farm some gear lucks not been on my side but I got an email from ggg today saying they are going to make switching to normal from ssf available soon
@@DefensiveGames I figure out I press Esc and it said Go back to the last check point, at first i did not notice, All I did log out and I even restart my steam and my computer did not work but now finally I can play again my ranger 🤩
Chaos res is mandatory later into the game, as every other minion in maps deals chaos damage in a way or another. And it's pretty difficult to reach the cap. So yeah, i'd love some forms of chaos resistance obtainable early. :)
@@dallan2758 Hmm, damn it, i didn't show my stats.. and can't remember, but i was doing the bosses as they came, with no extra grinding. So no idea about the hp, but the purple meteors one shoted me, and i know i didn't have more than maybe 10 chaos res. Maybe even 0.
The Soldier Spear Attack is Badly Designed, seems its just made so u eat the dmg no matter what. They need to tweak the Pattern so Dodging actually makes SENSE. But well they lazily leave a lot of B.S. just like eating Huge Dmg when Enemy Dies for no Reason. No Surprises here on Alphalpha looking E.A. where they seem only intent on Nerfing Mages constantly, leaving all the Botting and Premade Hacked/Streamer Accounts to send the wrong Message to New Players. And that Trading Site is Absolute Ass. You have Clowns constantly saying the Game is Easy, of course it is when they bought all their way up through trading site or botting lmao or had Premade Accounts handed out to them lmao.
This boss needs to be either moved up or scaled down because every other boss is easy af except for this continous bs of poison. Her boss is a joke in comparison.
The game is not giving any gear, shops dont have anything useful 90% of the time, mobs when drop gear its crappy ones, my weapon i had to craft my own sadly, im getting destroyed i cant even reach 60%, she does way too many attacks without room for player to attack, im a merc non grenade and i been able to clear everything up until now, idk wtf to do atm, the only way i see its to level other charather to have more shops avaiable for me to find something useful.
In the same boat as you with my ranger shock, she gets stuck on using her venom Projectiles and ends up being a machinegun and i can't do anything its really a JOKE at this point i know games are meant to be hard well these ones are but this is only the story so far.
@@The_Purple_Joker has i commented like 3 tries after i managed to beat her if you a ranged main keep attacking her, only phases i didnt attack were doing the venom spam she does when she throws stuff n when the soldiers throw their lances, its really a matter of position and read what u should avoid, but indeed its really hard fight but its needed otherwise when we reach higher maps we gonna start dying way too much cause we not prepared.
@@The_Purple_Joker use monk, drop bell, tempest flurry, she gets stun locked and then just smash the bell again for instant health bar delete. Go look it up. Can do it with loads of bosses with monk
she killed me like 30x so far. I think I am undergeared.

This is a complete BS boss. You have to dodge so much you can bearly do damge which makes the fight so much longer. As you said this boss is criminal.
Idk I'm undergeared and I beat this boss second try. I couldn't even beat the lava boss on my own because of dps check.

Antidote charms helped, but if you roll the wrong way one time FFS....
The good thing is, i didn't see her in the maps. From what i saw, only the minor bosses are present in maps. So the ones with only a few mechanics.
Messed around with my passive tree, now im weak as shit. Literally use all my flasks so quickly with her

The soldiers spear attack is total BS...They kill me instantly, dodge or no dodge does not matter

Yeah. I am still using a lvl 59 crossbow, at level 79. Didn't find anything better.

I'm a shock deadeye and I struggled a bit but what helped me is having some chaos res on some rings
