Jack you're a pro at this video thing!! The lights give off a beautiful ambiance! You provided great detail on hanging them too. Note to self, don't attempt to drink anything while Jack is on, you never know when a joke is coming and...well, swallowing and laughing at the same time can get messy.... :-) Tfs!

You’re too funny! It’s great to keep a sense of humor when doing projects. Great tutorial. We have a large yard and put 4 of these strands up in our yard last year. I have a very handy, very funny hubby too. We got the same kit from Amazon, as well. It has withstand the extreme Las Vegas heat, sun, wind, and we had snow last year. This is a very good kit and the lights are awesome. We’ve had the acrylic cover (glass looking bulb) fall off on a couple but they still turned on and you can reglue them (unplug them first) with E6000 and you won’t be able to tell which one fell off.
Can we get you both your own reality show? ☺️ I’m learning so much, you two are pretty easy on the eyes, and have obviously done well for yourselves but somehow still manage to be relatable. I so wish that I lived next door. I would totally be “that” neighbor, lol. I love you both! All the heart eyes 😍

OMG! I just the video on Jacks step by step on hanging outdoor lighting, he was hilarious! Im sure Valentina is so embarrased and is gona try to apologize for his behavior, give it up girl. Awesome video, thank you Jack! Has anyone here ever put some lights on their front porch? My back patio is not quite ready for lights, but wouldn't mind maybe putting lights on the front. We have a very large southernish (lol) front porch complete with big beaitiful rocking chairs....

I need these lights for my condo patio. Great distraction from the roofers devastating my newly planted container garden. The HOA didn't give me much time to really prepare or warn me not to make over my patio...

Where in the world are they plugged in? I did everything right as you decribed and I hate the big long black cord coming down the side of the house to the outlet. Grrr!

A neighbour of mine has these exact lights in her back yard and every day or so one would go missing, bulb and socket cut right off. She finally put up a camera and found out that this huge grey squirrel was chewing them off and taking them away. 🤦♀️

How do you get electricity to your lights!?
I have an outdoor electrical outlet on the deck. Then I ran an extension cord and hit it behind the wysteria to where the lights are.

I wouldn't have known either! Glad he figured it out!
Depends on your space, if you can/want to put holes in your outer walls, and how you want the lights to look. If you want your strands to look more 'picturesque' just following the edges or whatever structures are already there it will do the job but may not look as nice.
