It's called a shoto and it's a nod to a traditional Japanese fighting style where the samurai would use two swords, one much shorter than the other. The shorter blade would be used to parry and deflect incoming blows to create openings for quick slashes at fatal body parts with the long sword.
Another lightsaber to add to his collection!
I would really like to see a double bladed shoto saber. Basically a smaller double bladed lightsaber that could be easily used with one hand. Might be stupid but i think its a cool idea

I love your content so much!! I’ve been watching for quite a few months now, and I particularly love your Galaxy’s Edge hauls. I was getting ready to fly out to California go to Disneyland, but the timing was not in my favor :’). I’m still super bummed out that I missed my chance experience such an amazing opportunity like Galaxy’s Edge, as I’d really had my eyes on the Legacy Anakin/Luke/Rey saber, but what happens, happens I guess. Your videos cheer me up, and always keep me thinking positive! I love what you do, and hope to see many more of your videos!

You should review the Kyber Light saber It's essentially a Savi's Workshop saber but without having to buy extra crystals to change the color of the blade, they are made for combat, and they are super bright.
I got this model from them and i was totaly done over by the wrap and other aspects of this hilt and they wouldn't do anything about it. The pommel is so dam sharpe you could cut yourself on it and the points could cause serious injury to someone. I'm shocked you never commented on this and these are serious issues with their product!

Only thing I dislike is the charge/data port. Should have a cover for dust and dirt. Especially sweat and oil from the hands.

If you choose pre install electronics you can get veteran rgb which allows you to switch colors, I’m not sure exactly how though

I have a question about the double bladed saber adapter for Savi's sabers, so you think you could combine a Savi's saber with a Legacy one? If you can you can make Maul's saber from the final season of Clone Wars.
I just ordered a saber with Champion sound fonts. I do not see the SUPREME LEADER option on th website as you can download more. Did it come stock in your saber?

If you go to the saberforge site you can download all of the different sound fonts. so my main question was everything that you had on that lightsaber in the video is what came directly to you from the manufacturer? With all the 3D printing you do does it take a lot of material to print or does it give you a generous amount where you aren't running out to buy more constantly?
Can anyone help me? I ordered a SaberForge light saber and it was defective upon arrival. I cannot get SaberForge to even respond. Are there any others that this has happened to? They do not list a contact number and have stopped replying to me emails.

Wait, the Champion plug and play kit costs 97 cents more than the pre-installed champion kit. So I have to spend time installing it AND it costs more... why?

well maybe because you don have to buy more sabers with electronics. Therefore faster shipping times, and costing less money
Hey SirJames, had a quick question for you. I recently purchased an Outcast saber, with the Champion sound board. Now, do fonts come pre-installed? Or do I have to do that myself? It was actually your reviews that influenced my purchase of a SaberForge saber.
been awhile since I got from SF they sometimes come with default ones and then you have to buy and install other fonts each company is different
If someone (like me ) was new to custom lightsabers and has never got one before would you suggest a veteran or champion electronics.
Also would you suggest saberforge or ultrasaber.

I'm having trouble trying to figure out which plug and play I should get for my disciple shoto because I'm new to lightsabers, and I dont know which ones on the website work because the specifications are hard for me to understand. If you could give me some tips or which ones work, I would greatly appreciate it!
This is because, Every Single Plug and Play Kit says none of them are available for thin-neck sabers, but it says the blade socket is thin neck on the actual hilt.
