just got into this game and my expectations for it was pretty low until i started playing it. After awhile and getting the hang of it I gotta say this is one of the most addicting and most badass rts games ive ever come across of. Thank you for you tips it was very helpful!

Much like SupComFA, another beast of an R.T.S. thats just a little too overwhelming for people to 'get into'. For me this is to COH what ISS was to FIFA. It has those mechanics for random magic.

I suck so much that playing campaign missions on easy is difficult. I really love the idea of RTS games but I get overloaded so quickly where I have trouble covering all my units and I either take it super slow to move everyone up together or I go too fast and leave valuable units behind.
Good video, but I disagree with the artillery comment. Well placed artillery can clear fields and buildings etc for a tank rush or for a squad to get through, as long as you remember to move it after firing.
It’s way too expensive tho, you could buy a 20mm and a bunch of infantry squads which would do way better, or you could buy a heavier tank with an infantry squad. They are only ok on 3v3s and above because if ur team spans them then there’s no way for the enemy to take a point

Micro managing is when you focus on the individual soldier or vehicle, Macro managing is when you focus the whole battlefield at once. Think of a newspaper: Macro is opening up the entire newspaper and laying it out on the floor, Micro is looking at each individual article or word on the pages.
DiplexHeated Hey man, with the advanced settings bit, when you were setting up the match, it said "Bandwidth" when I try to set up a game, the bandwidth setting isn't there. Also i'm on the latest update, if that might of changed anything, Thanks.
+Twigg64 no - it was removed... it was set by default to minimum by the devs. Advanced settings are still there and you still need to unlock units to play with all units so its fair for everyone joining.

When i play the Red rising mod i always get errors when i place any kind of modern soldier? Do i need to install the beta version of mowas2? or is it just the mod? Because it seems like diplex can place the troops without problems?
uhh yeah... because no one plays AS1 online... it would be like buying war thunder but not being able to play online. MOWAS best feature is the online multiplayer.

Its extremely micro heavy, like, each soldier has their own ammo counts and inventory. So if you're good at micro, this game is for you. It's also extremely punishing.
you are wrong about the artilery all together, i have won many games with artilery. That doesn't mean you are completely wrong sometimes artilery CAN lose you the game its like a 50/50 honestly.
+João Cabral urban garden and it quite possibly is the worst map ever created... it is simply a grenade fest at the mid, which gets old real fast.. for all players regardless of skill level.
I want to micro everything, especially with the cool inventory system this game has, but i find it 100 times more overwhelming when i do that. No matter what its always easier to just spawn new units and throw them at the enemy, of course planning their cover and creating defensive killboxes. I find myself microing a small squad trying to infiltrate specific points of interest then zooming out and finding out my entire army was obliderated by one enemy tank (why dont AT squads or MY tanks ever prioritize enemy tanks???) I wish the missions were more smaller scaled, instead of commanding an entire platoon, just maybe 4 squads, that would be perfect.
Judska has done a video on his channel about it, he explained why that is more thoroughly. I'd say that artillery (infantry mortars) would be the only ones most effective in competitive play. But when playing Skimirsh missions you can think about it twice, whether you want to buy them or not.

Single player is a great way to test things , or make a skirmish map without enemies . you can try all vehicles and units without getting killed ;)

you can just pick the stg 44 back up so if your assault squad leader gets killed assault smg infantry can take his place

+Teh Holy Missle minimum bandwith was removed by the devs and set to default to minimum.
