I think the gov has to intervene and instruct not only the food aggregators but also shop owners and mall owners to treat these delivery people respectfully. Even in high-rise building societies, people treat them as untouchables.
In just 1 order Deepinder realised 1 of the pain points. If he was doing it on a daily basis he would probably have understood that the platform is atrocious to the delivery partners and then let alone customers and restaurants. Maybe he should do this for 1 week in 2 months to understand the real pain.
