    The interviewer seems a bit weird. Way of her communication and pointing out fingers, it's quite awkward.

      These delivery drivers are treated as C2H workers they can come and leave any time where the company does not bear resources it is more likekly treated as a odd job by them, by that they have eliminated the cost to hire the workers literally operating on zero rupees on acquiring (excluding the software developed to analyze their license or rise partners apps) majority is cleverly redirected to only developing the algorithm and customer experience, and making the customer experience better and spending a lot of stuff to make sure to developing infrastructure centered around delivering. This is e commerce you know another company that does this? Amazon. ( if you remove their warehouse products and workers)

    His time is up. He dunno diddly squat how to make profit without losing customer base. Currently he is exploiting both delivery and restaurants to stay afloat. Both are eger to chuck this money off their backs. And see the super smart, the very people who could get him out of this he fired, rather than building on their expertise.       They charge platform fees on every order now. They were EBITDA plus in the last quarter.

      ​@@sankkhamkuch bhi. Zomato was founded in 2008, Doordash started in 2012, so was skip. Zomato is a restaurant aggregator as well, which DD and Skip arent. DD launched food delovery in late 2013 and Zomato started it in 2015 without the proof if concept of profitability in this space.
