he fired his friends and then his wife as soon as he became a billionaire!!! amazing progress
See it from pragmatic way, independent organization should not have people who are not aligned to organisations goal, he must have had months of thinking and observation before coming to this conclusion..Right or wrong is not for us to decide
Wow, you like making conclusion and pointing fingers. Half minded people normally do this like you
Yes this guy is toxic
wait it's bad if he keeps his friends and family and fire others, also bad if he fires his friends and family. You people just need someone to criticise like every other Indian uncle 💀
He doesn't care about your family nor should you about his. I am actually grateful he kepts emotions aside and acted logically as I made 10lac+ profit in Zomato stock alone, My best bet of last 1 year❤
Basically he is saying that he fired all the top guys because they became super rich after ipo and lost the drive to work.
The interviewer seems a bit weird. Way of her communication and pointing out fingers, it's quite awkward.
She seems normal. One cant act like a robot not moving hands at all. She just pointed once when she was referring to the montage behind.
@vanshpatel7605 Well, thanks for having a different perspective. I get it it's normal for you.
@@vanshpatel7605i agree. It's normal. Nothing weird as such
She has slept her way to the job
better word is "unprofessional"
The interviewer cannot take an interview
Waste person
she just did... it's just that it was so bad.
Just deepinder goyal and his huge social media team think this
Pls fire her
Unfortunately Deepinder Goyal can't fire economic times's employee, So he asked in huge social media team to get her fired by writing such comments. I have seen such egoistic leaders
Why? I don't follow her so asking
Amazing interview 👏
One of the best Interviewers in the World .My favourite was Hard Talk
Having said that if DG got to where all his head honchos got together to STOP progress it is scary .Maybe Mr Dhindsa could run Zonato Far Far Better
For all those zero innovation comments, market didn't listen to it... check the returns plus govt make policies and organisations bound to comply
Amir bna,kuch bhi bolo,chalte bno
How does he know he is not complacent ?
Avg delivery guys makes 20-25k, which is not bad, but they must get health insurance benefits
But they will never ask him these tough ones. Typical paid media😂😂😂
These delivery drivers are treated as C2H workers they can come and leave any time where the company does not bear resources it is more likekly treated as a odd job by them, by that they have eliminated the cost to hire the workers literally operating on zero rupees on acquiring (excluding the software developed to analyze their license or rise partners apps) majority is cleverly redirected to only developing the algorithm and customer experience, and making the customer experience better and spending a lot of stuff to make sure to developing infrastructure centered around delivering. This is e commerce you know another company that does this? Amazon. ( if you remove their warehouse products and workers)
Har 2-4 din me accident hota hai, it is highly risky job, life threatening
I hate journalists that quote private chats.
Yes, because it invloves your boss's private chat. How is it like to be a part of his social media team or are you Bot?
@@44mahendrasharma No Sir. It’s about ethics and principles. They should either take permission before quoting private chats or do investigative journalism.
@ As If zomato has all the ethics and principals. Its the most unethical company I know. Ethics is a 2 way street. Deepinder goyal is a total fraud. He happens to be your boss, so what. Shame on you for doing the role of his social media bot
She is trying everything to make us skip this video and now I skip.
Nice interview
do they have csr
The interviewer has no idea what she is talking about.
obviously he can't say that he wanted machines to work human jobs
Interviewer name?
Minus 10 marks to the novice interviewer
He firedd people because they were incompetent, but then he himself is doing the role of HR while drawing the salary of CEO.
Hypocrisy much!!! but then can't expect much from indian bankya business man.
He is the owner 😢. How stupid a comment can be. His company follows his ideology not opposite 😂. How many companies you have built from scratch till now before you say this Dumbo comment
Worst interviewer
The anchor have no sense of body language.
If this man was in in Europe, he would have been sent tp jail for exploiting the helpless gig workers, but in India our govt doesn't give a fk to poor, only help rich 😡
And then the gig workers would have no work. These companies are creating different kind of jobs that never existed. Appreciate that fact.
@@ashishpbhai It's easy to sit in AC with mac book in front of you and type all this, sometimes listen to the pathetic condition they work under, for 14-16 hrs a day, with their pays getting slashed now and then.
But he is not forcing the gig workers to work for him, right?
The condition people work in MNREGA scheme, whole government (irrespective of political parties) will be sent to jail.
@@Bulldozz1-1that’s called exploitation - taking advantage of. Wrong in every sense!!
Is the interviewer high on something? She lacks the basic etiquettes an unprofessional.
Are you high or something
His time is up. He dunno diddly squat how to make profit without losing customer base. Currently he is exploiting both delivery and restaurants to stay afloat. Both are eger to chuck this money off their backs. And see the super smart, the very people who could get him out of this he fired, rather than building on their expertise. If the top execs would have been given a share of the profit pie... but he wants the whole pie for himself... so sink
Zomato will soon shut down, vc hav make there profits now dipinder has to maintain profits without funding
They charge platform fees on every order now. They were EBITDA plus in the last quarter.
But they should certainly do something for gig workers.
They are already in profits
they will just make money and will wind business
if they do not expand in south east
He looks like a cunning fox..outsmarting his rivals and minting money with stock scams.
she is terrible....its a shame
For Deepinder Goyal or his social media team, its a shame. Not for me, I was fantastic interview. I have seen such egoistic leaders
Nandan tumhara naukar h kya?
Bekaar hai Zomato lut ne ka kaam ye in logo ka
very bad interviewer.
Nandan…
muft ka chandan…
his company delivers food from restaurants to homes, there is no innovation here
@@sankkhamwe need company to employ people it doesn't matter that it copied china also copied amarican company
@@sankkhamkuch bhi. Zomato was founded in 2008, Doordash started in 2012, so was skip. Zomato is a restaurant aggregator as well, which DD and Skip arent. DD launched food delovery in late 2013 and Zomato started it in 2015 without the proof if concept of profitability in this space.
Pata nahi log jal kukdu kyun hain..15 saal mehnat karke usne company banai hai, itna asaan tha to tum bana lete..
You could have done it then and become a billionaire... Oh wait you only know to comment right??
This man can’t even can’t talk properly. I am surprised how this man pitch for his company
Yeah someone who started his journey from bain and company can't talk..woww good observation
This guy measures what he talks in every communication and only then speaks instead of blabbering
A real marwadi at that ..naaptol ke
That balanced game reference is from the book “zero to one” by peter theil
You need to speak kannada and deal with thugs in Bangalore to build a start up there.
super lucky guy. Got rich with zero business innovation and zero investment, just exploiting the cheap labour force in India !
how is what you described "lucky"?
If it was so easy tum hi kar lete bhai
khud youtube ka chhapri hai aur dusron ko lucky bol rha, saale kar ke dekh tu bhi try sab smjh aajayega kitna luck chahiye hota
15 saal mehnat karke koi company banaye aur koi bhi chalta firta aadmi aake bolta hai, super lucky"...itni jealousy kahan se laate hain log. Prime reason why India is not going ahead because hum log jal kukdu hain.
Ofc lucky but he has put in the work
