I'm 55 and woke up one morning with my Right Shoulder in front feeling tense and sore. A few hours later I began to feel chest pain, then it got real intense in the center of my chest. Taking a deep breath was hard to do. My Pulse rate was normal and I had no other symptoms at all! I could not lay down or find any position to get comfortable other then just sit on the edge of the bed. I weigh 170 and I six foot tall. I have almost zero fat on me as I don't eat Carbs or Sugars. I work climbing ladders putting up new gutters on homes and I get tons of exercise as I am constantly moving for during work. I don't have any shortness of breath either. This pain lasted about one to tow hours and then I started to feel better and in eight hours I felt all normal again. I wanted to go to the hospital; however, with all the Covid stuff going on I didn't want to be labeled as a covid patient. What I did do is Pray to GOD the Father in Heaven and told him if this was a heart attack then make it quick and take me home or get this pain out of me so I can continue to witness to people on how to lock their souls up with GOD the Father in Heaven. I think GOD chose the latter! I eat tons of veggies and follow Dr. Berg's ways of eating correctly and honestly I have never felt better in my life for the last year and half. Could this pain be a precursor for the Big One like old Fred Sanford used to say? Funny!
Anyone else go through such an experience?

I had a CAC test about 10 years ago and it was very very high. A cardiologist performed a treadmill stress test and did an echocardiogram. I passed the stress test, echo was normal, and I have never had a single symptom associated with heart disease. My triglycerides are below 50, but my LDL has always been a little high. I've been asked to take statins for as long as I can remember but have always refused. I eat well, exercise daily and feel great for a 77 year old man. The cardiologist thinks stints are necessary but I said no, until there is at least some symptom. What are your thoughts. Thanks.

You forgot nosebleeds. My youngest had nosebleeds that took forever to stop. Sometimes neatly an hr. She had severe bleeding after tonsillectomy that landed her in a hospital but everyone attributed it to allergies. On a back ti school checkup her BP was off the charts & even though pediatrician gave us various scenarios he said it needed ti be checked out. My hubby works for a hospital. She had her back to school check up on Monday, saw the cardiologist on Wednesday & would have had surgery that Friday but we needed to pick her sister up from camp so she had it the following Friday. She had a coarctation of the aorta that was never picked up. But because she was older it was bigger than expected & they couldn’t fix it all the way

I have a left bundle issue, I was advised to monitor, i am 64 and active but no longer athletic. I am slowly resuming athletic activity; aggressive walking with upper body weight activity during the aggressive walking ( punches and blocks with lightweights progressing to 3 miles). For decades I was advised I had a heart murmur. I was very active; track, climbing, bicycle, no jogging only running. Slowed down about 3 years ago. What can I do to postpone a pacemaker or worse please. Diet, specific exercises , of course I will be very grateful for any suggestions, thank you

@@Caretaker1114 I personally would NEVER take calcium . If you don't have enough D3 and K2 to deal with the Ca it can go to your arteries. Please watch videos from Dr Berg on D3 and K2. There are hundreds of videos from hundred of Drs explaining this but Dr Berg is straight to the point, easy to watch

When I had the CAC test they also did a test where I had blood pressure cuffs on both arms and legs. Then they listened with an ultrasound and the pressure in each changed throughout the test. She was checking for blood flow differences. All my tests came back perfect, but they still can't figure out why I have crazy high blood pressure.

Hi Dr Berg, I have been doing Keto for the last 5 months I have lost 46 pounds however I have some way to go before I reach an ideal weight for my height, age etc. I seem to have plateaued a bit recently, I do OMAD every day without fail but the weight loss has slowed right down. Any advice that may help?

Exercise high reps low resistance . speed walking , swimming , stairs , biking ext. Before you eat. Get that heart rate up for 20, 30 min . then eat after heart rate returns to normal.
Then throw in a 48hr or 72 HR fast every other week. Of course easier said than done. But it works wonders.
If you do the longer fast make sure to get some salt in your water.
      That's worked for me Anyways.
