Hey, it would be helpful if you expanded the acronym "AIAA" the first time you said it (generally good advice for any acronym), because I have no clue what it means, and I'm certainly not starting one!
I agree, I think a lot of people come into this space with a mindset of selling any solution to any industry instead of focusing on niching and offer creation. The tools are easy, but in my opinion the best things to learn in order to actually profit in this business model is one: Sales, and two: knowing how to actually explain to a business owner what can be automated in there business, which to do, YOU HAVE TO NICHE or you won't even know what they can automate. Good video bro :)
I just came across your youtube channel and it rocks! What you said in this video is basically exactly what I've been thinking and what I've found running my own Automation Agency. I run a small two person agency (i'm the dev and my business partner is marketing/biz ops). We have as much work as we could ever want, but you're very right about how getting good leads takes effort. Most people in this space don't seem to be good at marketing or know what problems they want to solve, so therefore they don't get many clients. I think the whole AI Automation Agency model (and AI in general) is just way hyped up right now. Like you said, most of what we do doesn't even entail AI, more just a ton of API connections and (relatively) simple scripts. Give it a year or two when a lot of the hype dies down and I bet only like 2% of the current agencies will still be around lol. Productize, productize, productize. That's where the money is...
100% bro! Thanks for chiming in it's great to hear that you're seeing this stuff too. And yeah man like it was all SMMA and dropshipping a few years ago, now it's drop-servicing or this, in a few years it'll be different.
@@adomakins yes and just like SMMA a few people made big money but most people didn't. It's the people that get in early and stick with it that actually make it work
