    I can finally go to the gym given that I have fully recovered from a truck accident that took place 2 years ago. I would be interested to see what your gym strategy/routine looks like ?

      @@Mike.Mastery Hey Mike. I got busy with life but I am reply to you right now. I really want to focus on my upper body and being able to do a pull up consistently. I have never been able to do that so I feel that I need to do it. Also I would appreciate to explain how to you approach going to the gym for the sake of yourself. Before Covid I use to do triathlons so my training in the gym was for a specific sport and it seems I am still quite utilitarian about my approach in the gym thus I feel I am not doing right. I love your videos and keep it going. I am gonna bing them all now !

    I don't people to treat me differently i wouldn't like that at all people haven't been treating me differently i never needed them to either anyway but I don't care that i respect myself that much either too i don't care either too
