It's pointless to debate a calvinist about the biblical definition of sovereignty, at this this one, because they are convinced that there is only one definition and are completely closed minded and refuse to even acknowledge that there is another possibility. At least non Calvinists acknowledge the possibility of determinism based on some of the scriptures. Calvinists pretty much brush off all the scriptures that do not support their position whereas non Calvinists address them.
