As a 22 year old who's never been in a relationship and had quite a few failed dates, this one hits a little too close to home. It's good to know there are lots of others in the same boat though! Only discovered Laufey a couple of days ago but man, I can't stop listening to her. Her voice is just so soothing.

Yeah this is exactly how Olivia Rodrigo started out before she accepted her contact in Disney's High School Musical series. Hope she retraces her roots later in life.....maybe with a little nudge from Laufey 😊

I think I love when you do this the most. There's something so raw and innocent about it. Anyone can sound great in the studio but to sound the way you do live in your bedroom is quite a different story.♥♥♥
Beautiful. Always love the acoustic versions of your song better. Not that your team doesn't do an amazing job producing and mastering. But nothing beats your pure acoustic vocals and some nice guitar,violin or piano. Wonder if you'll ever see this. Anyways love it as always

The first time I heard you was this song. As a brazilian, I really thought you were brazilian as well... You´re playing bossa nova much better than many of our brazilian musicians. Please release these acoustic versions too. They are a treat. I feel like I'm just sitting in a room and you are playing it for me and I'm convinced that everyone feels that way while listening to these. They are somewhat raw and unfiltered but that makes them authentic. For me they definitely fall into the cool and unpretentious sprezzatura. It feels like you are showcasing your genius specifically for whoever is listening and without any effort, but you are a bit shy to do it. They feel intimate, cosy and personal, please don't let them stay only on you tube.
