It's Itsy Bitsy Time! was a 1999 children's TV show that aired on Treehouse TV in Canada from September 1999 until August 2002. The show hosted several children's cartoons from across the world, including Tom and Vicky.
Tom & Vicky (created by Martin Pullen) originally aired in the UK.
In Canada, it was dubbed over with non-Brit accents and I sang the songs.

Me, I saw that in French 5 and Canal +. And I'd like to ask you if you would eventually know someone who owns Tom and Vicky... But in French version.
