I just wanted to say, even though I didn’t take your PM accelerator.. I watched your Videos and listened to your podcast and I was able to pass my PMP exam today… very informative and helpful information!!
Just took the test today and passed on the first attempt. I watched this video in the parking lot right before I went into the test center, I cant say enough how valuable this information has been. Puts the whole process in perspective and built my confidence to do well.
I watched 5 of your videos yesterday because I had not studied at all and needed a refresher prior to my test today. And I have to say I passed with flying colors above target!!!!! Thank you for all the videos!!!!!!

Have my PMP exam tonight and wish I found this video sooner. This is exactly what I was looking for. Broke down all processes in a way I can understand and remember.
I just passed the PMP, and I can promise you, memorizing what is in this video will NOT be a huge advantage to you. You need to be able to read and comprehend very subjective long form stories, and choose the best answer among a few decent answers. This video and his others will not quite get you there. But they're a helpful reminder or something to listen to when you can't sit down and read denser material.
Can I get a copy of this excel layout w the ittos you displayed or do I have to sign up for your boot camp? I’ve already taken a boot camp but learning a ton from your TH-cam subscription.
Regarding the 5 stages: forming, storming, norming, performing and adjourning - I've been on many really good teams that did not have a lot of storming. I believe the "storming" is a function of the team's ability to manage conflict and mitigate differences. All change requests impact cost and schedule, so the control board members are evaluating that: how long (duration), how much ($), and who will do the work? Very informative video. Thanks for posting.
One of my assignments is asking me to research PMBOK. I think it's amusing that all the videos I've found on TH-cam are made just to help people pass the exam, rather than truly learning the fundamentals. It doesn't bolster my faith in PMBOK as anything other than a dusty old tome of antiquated practice.
Our main goal of PM Master Prep is to help project managers not only ace the PMP but become better project managers in the process. It’s not about memorizing the material it’s about understanding it so you can use it in practice.

OMG!! No wonder you asked me why I was doing my instructors work for her. I created a version of this (a much rougher version) because I was in the same place as John. I had a bunch of knowledge in my head but didn't have a clear vision/understanding of the flow. This was so helpful!!!
