      Questions here:
      1. Is PMBOK-6 still valid for PMP Exam-2022?
      2. Is PMP exam - 2022 still based on ITTO Questions like input, tools and techniques and outputs? (as PMP exam still based on PMBOK-6)
      3. Is PMP exam - 2022 still based on mathematical / numerical questions i.e. Cost Management, Critical Path Method, PERT etc.? (as PMP exam still based on PMBOK-6)
      Please advise!

This is real gold for those prepairing for PMP exam. I tried to read (and succeeded) PMBOK, but it is so dull, especially about processes. So I just passed though it without deep understanding of the structure. And Scott explains really well! I switched in on while having breakfast and got everything. Whatch his video with questions (situational ones) too - the approach is very important!
Thank's to Scott I passed my exam with 3AT last week!

For those of you here looking for the secret sauce, you have found it. Take heed of Scott’s advice and watch these videos, get involved in his accelerator course, and start studying!
You will be fully prepared from how to make sure you’re ready to approach the test questions and what to do if you are taking the test at home and you lose power. Scott has a literally thought of every angle. Just walking into the exam room, you already know you’re more prepared than anyone else.
And after you go through that, you can be like me, sitting here with a PMP!

I just passed the PMP, and I can promise you, memorizing what is in this video will NOT be a huge advantage to you. You need to be able to read and comprehend very subjective long form stories, and choose the best answer among a few decent answers. This video and his others will not quite get you there. But they're a helpful reminder or something to listen to when you can't sit down and read denser material.

Regarding the 5 stages: forming, storming, norming, performing and adjourning - I've been on many really good teams that did not have a lot of storming. I believe the "storming" is a function of the team's ability to manage conflict and mitigate differences. All change requests impact cost and schedule, so the control board members are evaluating that: how long (duration), how much ($), and who will do the work? Very informative video. Thanks for posting.

One of my assignments is asking me to research PMBOK. I think it's amusing that all the videos I've found on TH-cam are made just to help people pass the exam, rather than truly learning the fundamentals. It doesn't bolster my faith in PMBOK as anything other than a dusty old tome of antiquated practice.
