Great video thank you! Question....why would we measure a time related value with a money related unit of measure? I.e schedule measured in dollars? I can't quite figure this out..

After being in the field long enough, I looked for ways to simplify this concept for my peeps to promote communication & understanding of each others' objective so they quit frickin bickering. Wonderful explanation. You are very energetic and make things easily understandable! I applied for a a position and the manager told me if I know anything about EVM...AhUmmm. He told me to google to get a good understanding. Being a very good person in performing the job, has to be illustrated by understanding what the managers are looking at, as you mentioned from cost and time point of view. Thanks again!
