@Jamie watson I was torn between the u1 and u. The reason I chose the u was the colour. I got the grey and red option which I think looks great. They only had the orange one in stock of the U1, which is still awesome but I would have preferred the black and yellow

Moonrakers on Oak Street should be getting more in soon and I like the look of the g1 and the adventure version like this u1... Nice looking bike but i think the G2 is more my style only because id have issues getting my leg over the back end seems quite high. And I suffer with sciatica and muscle weakness on my left side.. But i ride a Honda Varadero now which is a big 125.
If you can I recommend going to a dealer and having a real close look get right into it. I've had the bike since December and ridden through all weathers. It's been caked in dirt and muck off the roads and salt and crap from the gritting and there's no rust not anywhere. So apart from being cheap with stunning looks and brilliant to ride its built properly with quality materials. I highly recommend the Zontes ZT125-U, ZT125-U1 and ZT125-G1 they're all equally as good.
I went from Keeway superlight (loved it but slow) to Yamaha Wr125x (current bike). My only concern is that I want the zontes you have, but concerned about corrosion on nuts etc. Please please advise me there is nothing to worry about
It's every bit as as good as your WR when it comes to fixings. Personally if it was a choice between a WR and a ZT-U I would go for the WR especially if its the SM.
I'm with MCE I have a clean licence, it's £34 a month which was about £285 if I paid the year in full that's with 2 years NCD and I'm 46. However afterwards Lexham quoted me £184 a year. The bike is parked in a shared car park locked with a insurance approved alarmed disc lock plus another massive lock and covered and I live in a low crime area. All insurance is based on an individual basis so my price is meaningless to anyone else.

Does your ABS light always stay on? And have you had any issues with the temperature sensor triggering your EML? Apparently it’s fixed now on the new batches
The ABS light goes off when you start moving after starting the bike. Yes I had the air intake temperature fault P0111 and I was the 1st in the UK to bring it to zontes attention. Zontes under warranty replaced the ECU with anew one mapped for colder weather and all is good.
