That is so cool when people send you stuff, and you didn't even have to enter a contest or anything. I now know what that is like, I recently had my vehicle broken into and some fishing gear stolen, and folks have been sending me lures to help replace what I lost. The fishing community is the best!

I was taught to fish by hooking a worm and waiting, I started to explore lures and the like only 2 years ago. Learning a lot from you on how to use them.
Yes. And no electronics unless you get a Deeper, and even then you don't wanna lug that thing around every trip. So many tips and tricks and whatnot that we've learned from pros does not translate to pond fishing
@@pcheek68 I river fish on a half mile wide river. You can do everything right, and go an entire day without a bite, because the fish just aren't there. They're out deeper, and you can just smile and wave to them.
I sometimes fish this smaller pond at a park by my house when I'm pressed for time and I have to agree. Whenever I go to the Everglades I almost always have a great day of catching but at the pond it's hit or miss.
Some really cool stuff! I just recently got into fishing. Always enjoyed going when I did but I went out by myself for the first time and I caught a few bass! My wife’s grandad gave me one of his old rod and reel combo and some soft plastics. I couldn’t have been happier! Love your video man!

Pond fishing and small lakes are the hardest bodies of water to fish..even pro anglers said if you can find fish in small/ medium bodies of water you can fish anywhere.. So they dont know are struggle Debo. Especially here in NJ..love the channel Debo thanks and god bless
Great videos. I never would have thought to buy a jig much less taking chances on jigs that are a bit different. Found one with pumpkin skirt and a red hook. I wish I would have bought the whole rack. Hooked 5 fish in two days before losing it to the bottom of the lake as a bank angler. Now I can’t find the jig anywhere and didn’t keep the packaging to take note of the lure company. The red hook was great. Caused me to start experimenting with red hooks for wacky rigs and other soft baits with green pumpkin and black baits. The red hook has become my go to. ... favorite were the vibrating jigs. Next lure purchase will definitely include a vibrating jig wiht fall coming.

Holy*•~%!!! That peacock bass pattern swimbait is unreal!!!!! The dude who made that is on a different level. I like that alot. In Miami that bait would be one of the best selling baits there!!!!!! I also dig those finesse jigs too. Good stuff Debo!!! Lucky man, good video too

Love the color on that bladed jig @ 21:25. Not feeling that frog with upside down hooks. Not only will it catch vegetation, but I could see you damaging a smaller bass' lower jaw if you crack them too hard.

I have one of those ribbon swimbaits. Mine is a weird Chinesiuim thing, it's a sunfish/bluegill shape but painted like a rainbow trout... It catches fish though so I can't complain.

Dude that pop-max runs about 20 bucks and that's the color everyone wants but has trouble getting- chartreus gill. Not sure what the technical name of the color is but- that one's worth a few bucks. Not that you're looking to sell them- I know but, just saying. They work really well to- that's why everyone wants them. Very easy to walk or pop and they flat get bit.
Those jackhammers are JDM. Zman has the patent, so Evergreen isn't allowed to sell them in the States. Zman has a 5 dollar patent tax. Which means everywhere else in the world, except North America, jackhammers are $10 USD. If you look around you can find Japanese online sellers that will ship to the States, but if Zman finds out, they'll put a stop to it. I have a bunch of Evergreen Tungsten Jackhammers I imported. Saved me $60 dollars versus buying domestic, and that's including the fact the tungsten Jackhammers are more expensive then the regulars.
Yup exactly. And technically they cannot shol to the US. Some will but most are afraid of lawsuits so they won't. Some of their colors are awesome and the TG series is great

That jdm jackhammer Coldwater shad is absolutely 🔥🔥. The citrus shad is good as well. Really like the Coldwater shad.

That rod caddy is not a bad idea. I carry 4 rods with me most trips. I hate leaving my rods against trees or on the ground while bank fishing.
I use the jackhammer stealth blade chatterbaits a lot.

That spinner bait was made with the do-it molds poison tail jig mold that was modified to accept the spinner baits wire and hook. I make the same ones
Why do bass spinnerbaits have the open line tie instead of a loop? I never trust them
