Same! At my old workplace, it was sooo toxic! If only corporate people could've seen our location. Even the owner of the place was known to sexually harass girls. I'm so glad I left that place. My mental health is still recovering from that place 3 years ago. I worked there for 4 years because the owner made you feel trapped and like he "could" give you a raise but never did. Not to mention, some of the managers did more than just weed in the bathrooms. Sometimes, I would be the only one working in the restaurant, while the ENTIRE staff would be outside smoking cigarettes, weed, or anything else they could get their hands on. Made me feel like garbage to work there. My mental health was so bad that I quit college. I still haven't worked up the courage to go back.
