I've really been enjoying your channel😊 you have such a happy light hearted energy☀️ makes me feel like I'm just hanging out, cooking and chilling with a friend.. Learning some great cooking/gardening tips too! I look forward to watching more!
I love your channel! I made your bolognese and it was a HUGE hit! While it was simmering my husband came into the kitchen from his man-cave and said, "OMG, WHAT ARE YOU COOKING? THE SCENT IS MAKING MY MOUTH WATER!" He grabbed a bowl, scooped some pasta/bolognese into it and devoured it on the spot! 🥰👍😁 Thank you- and congrats on your channels success!
You are not on that mountain alone. I also prefer unpeeled and well washed carrots! This dish looks amazing and delicious. Thank you. ~Sharon from Florida
Stumbled upon your shorts n now this Grandmother of 61 years from Québec, 🇨🇦, is hooked! U r multitalented & multidimensional! I also ❤️ your shorts showing your work in the garden, especially the one with your Mum - just absolutely stunning! You r truly gifted, so keep up the good work! À bientôt ❤️
Made this recipe this afternoon! Only difference was I used beef stock instead of wine. It was amazing! So glad I found your channel. Watching your daily IG stories and old vids is now a part of my nightly routine.
Great great recipe!! ...Do you ever have tomatoes that are "more acid", and you taste that it needs a touch of sugar or brown sugar to mellow it out? ...You used rigatoni pasta... I usually buy penne pasta or ziti (pasta) in our area stores... Some of those pasta "tubes" have ridges but some smooth.🍝... all so delicious! 😋
My husband lives for bolognese in his favorite restaurant in Maui, Hawaii. We made this recipe for dinner tonight, and the verdict is in: This bolognese recipe is better than the bolognese in Hawaii! And…the man at the cheese counter was telling us there was a run on Parmesan rinds today. Must be quite a few of us enjoying Kaleb’s recipe for Bolognese! Thank you Kaleb!!
I made this yesterday for my love, who had worked hard all day. Delicious! The recipe says its for six people but in this case it was enough for me and one very hungry man 😂
LOOKS DELICIOUS !! I'VE HAD THIS PASTA SAUCE BEFORE AND REALLY ENJOYED ITSELF FLAVOR !! AND WHEN YOU ASK PEOPLE FOR THE RECIPE THEY ACT OFFENDED !! BUT NOW I HAVE THE RECIPE !! THANK YOU ! 😊🙏😊
One of my favorite recipes! I have been making this same recipe about 3 years now and my family loves it! So much flavor! It will be a family favorite. Easy but time-consuming. Love, love, love! PS. You can drink the beef broth if you want, lol!
Feeling very hungry after watching that! Looks delicious and very close to my own recipe. Am going to try adding milk, and would like to suggest some fried bacon lardons for an extra layer of flavour.
Thank you Kaleb for sharing your recipe. I know it'll be delicious, like all I've tried! One issue...don't know much about wines. Can someone please, tell me exactly & specificallly the kind of wine to use? Thank you! When I ask what is best for certain recipes, all I get is "oh, any red or any whte or dry, etc", and recipe turns out , well, questionable!
Of course! You can find it on the fourth page under "Kitchen Accessories" on the shop tab of my website! www.wyseguide.com/shop-category/kitchen-accessories/page/4/
OMG I love watching you. But I have a serious question, I have Crohn's disease. I can not eat anything with tomatoes sauce pizza. Anyway I heard that sugar will take the acid out of the tomato. If so which is better white or brown sugar. I just miss eating so many Italian meals. And I have to ask if I am invited for dinner at someone's home. Its just embarrassing.
You can tenderize any ground or thinly sliced meat by mixing the amount he shows with 1/4 t baking soda and 1T water. Mix those 2 together and combine with the meat.
i love tomatoes in my sauce but I have to divert to tomato sauce because of the seeds in the tomatoes.. my husband can't eat them because of his diverticulitis.. everything I make I have to adjust my recipes..
U ARE BRILLIANT, THAT IS WHAT I AM GOING TO DO, IS USE A FOOD PROCESSED, PROCESS THE VEG, THEN POUR IT IN THE MEAT, SO U WILL HAVE A SMOOTHER PRODUCT, THAT WILL BE EASIER TO EAT!!!!!!!!!!!! GREAT JOB!!!!!!!!!!!
I’ve never put milk in my recipe. What a novel idea! I’m going to try that. I marinate my meat sometimes in milk. That makes perfect sense. The light bulb just came on. 😊Thanks and check out my channel. Love your channel btw. ❤

Love this recipe. I'm 100% Italian and this recipe is spot on with my family recipe!💞
Reminds me of my moms recipe - her sauce would sit and simmer for a couple of hours - so worth the wait!!!

‘I will live on that mountain alone if I need to’ 😆🤣
Fab recipe! Super great way to increase veggie consumption for the kiddos. Oh and the flowers on the countertop makes this 👩🏻🍳 smile! 💐

Kaleb, do you mind sharing how you store your root vegetables that you grow?
My grandmother had a table hand grinder too. 🙂
Love your videos and explanations of why you do it. I learn a lot from you. Thank you 😊
Kaleb love your take on bolognese ...
One of my favorite recipes! I have been making this same recipe about 3 years now and my family loves it! So much flavor! It will be a family favorite. Easy but time-consuming. Love, love, love! PS. You can drink the beef broth if you want, lol!

Nice job.
That looks delicious... now I am hungry
I'm with your mom, I don't like tomato peel in anything🙃 looks like another awesome recipe 😋

I would add some fresh basil for freshness.
What type of salt did you use? Does it matter?
I subscribed because you take pains (the little things that matter) like I do. We're both AR with our cooking! 😉
Would you please share a link to the KitchenAid food processor you are using
Of course! You can find it on the fourth page under "Kitchen Accessories" on the shop tab of my website!

Hi do you have link to update pictures on grandparents church planter?
Yummy 😋
The pasta water should work in composte tea, too. Same with vegetable steam water.

Baking soda with help with acidity also
Now I'm really hungry
If you can't have milk, what do you suggest instead?
Can you do a nut milk, like almond?
You can tenderize any ground or thinly sliced meat by mixing the amount he shows with 1/4 t baking soda and 1T water. Mix those 2 together and combine with the meat.
@@mariaolker i can. don't know if i get the same result as he says about making the meat tender
I would cook the meat first then add the veggies (mirepoix/sofrito)… it will give that taste to your whole sauce!
Been using this recipe however, in italy, we hardly ever use carrots
Yummo!
i love tomatoes in my sauce but I have to divert to tomato sauce because of the seeds in the tomatoes.. my husband can't eat them because of his diverticulitis.. everything I make I have to adjust my recipes..

I peel nothing !! Except pineapple. LOL
That's funny.
Great recipe and great lesson...just didn't like the way you wiped the plate......😮
I do this LESS the carrots.
