Hi joji thanks for the in depth analysis as usual, btw I have a humble request, can you do analysis on the teer 3 assassin skill, arcane strike cause not many people have tested this skill to know if there is any hidden mechanic or gimmick, I wanted to know if It can be useful for evading frontal aoe like triple trust or shadow step and Happy new year😁
It work like that teleport to the behind target. Same as triple thrust and shadow step, but differences is cast range under 4m seem so short..... also, there delay 1 seconds upon use arcane... You need to get close to target so you can use it before target doing aoe like shark/spiral/any at the best. Meanwhile triple thrust 12m can stay far and avoid shark dmg that has been released in front of you(even before boss does long range attack aoe), and get away easily As if arcane strike inferior to those long range teleport skill. Only useful arcane hab is +20 ampr bonus at lv 6 above, and you may need arcane save tag to make 0mp cost. But ampr buff will end when you use other skills...
tbh this is a slap on the face for dex mages. like, how are we suppose to gain stacks unless we spam useless skills that will further ruin magic proration. combining with burst is a meh. if they want us to build a str mage with critical capability i think they need to rework mage critical and cspd overall. tbh mages in general can never fully reach their potential because of how demanding the mechanics are. Finale, is useless on higher levels and most event bosses due to slow cast and making u die while burst makes u agile but the damage is questionable. you either have to sacrifice your matk for cspd vice versa, now they release this, a stack needed for the lowest motion and cspd class that cant auto stack. T5 mages will also be based on cspd. I really really love mages but the incompatibility to other classes really got me. i have played a INT>STR, INT>DEX, INT>CRT, INT>LUK all are limited to reach full potential unlike classes like Bow, Ths, Katana, Halberd who have a defined solid tree and solid build system.
Actually nemesis was mean for ohs magic warrior or staff int str that use impact with other strong physical skill(such as esword, sh, etc., also must have at least 100cr) to gain stack rather doing auto or spam magic only. So proration is not really problem at all. Tho... weaken exist to make magic skill crit easily. So total 75% with spellburst, basically need 134cr.. this is probably excuse why asobimo doesnt need to rework magic crit(altho i wanted rework) Some ppl still dont mind about finale slow cast.... but welp, they should add faster cast depend on cspd(but worse, i mean half than that "normal every 180" after 1k; and can get -25% with 1k cspd) smh. Meanwhile as for cspd overall and the rest.... It is all depend on asobimo seriously. We have to complain if that so :D I heard asobimo will adjust t4 when t5 released. Man just wait t5 to see then. But still rip sp and nemesis not for cspd build anyways(as they dont synergy at all). Thumbs up y all

The holy light activates with magic dmg so does addition magic counts as magic dmg for activation

it doesn't change/inflict magic prorate at all. But dmg still based on magic proration
