It's why the Sig P320 came under fire when it was realized that it could be dropped at the wrong angle and fire on its own. Oh yeah, and by the way, NPC's in San Andreas weren't guaranteed to die by molotovs. They burn for a while and run around, freaking out. But they're not guaranteed to die by the fire. First game in the series that was like that from what I found.
