I don’t know if this is helpful or not but you are supposed to mix the 40v on the back it only says 10,20, or 30, so I’m guessing that makes it stronger and because you started with your roots which hold the most heat is what cause that first color change but the results are greattt ❤️

you wasnt supposed to bleach your roots until the end . it bleaches faster because of the heat from your scalp , plus you used foil
