Lex Bouter 'Why research integrity matters', Valedictorian Lecture

Originally trained as an epidemiologist, since 2013 Prof. dr. Lex Bouter has focussed on the interplay between methodology and integrity. During his valedictorian speech as professor Methodology and Integrity at the Vrije Universiteit and AmsterdamUMC, on September 23 2022, professor Bouter explains why research integrity matters. And moreover, what different stakeholder such as research institutes, funders, individual researchers and journals can do foster the trustworthiness of research.
