Totally agreed with you about CVT. I don’t even use my pedal shifter because it lags. It’s pointless to use it.

Do you still have this car? Any oil burning issues with it?

Volkswagen passats also offer a V6 engine

Have you had any steering rack issue? I have exact specs 2016 model and have to replace steering rack twice so far. I drive city, no off road, with 60k and 73k miles.

So are you going to get the new 2020 Subaru Legacy? I'm going to give it a serious look when it does come out later this year.

4ft3rburn3r I’m certainly interested in it, but not really considering getting one right now. I’m curious to see what the 2.4 turbo is like, it’ll certainly be quicker all around than the 3.6. It’d be fun to get one when it goes on sale and make tons of videos, but by the time it goes on sale I’ll probably have 50k miles on this one at which point I’d be lucky to get $16-18k on trade and I’m guessing the 2020 Limited XT trim will be around $35k and Touring XT even more

It qualifies for Uber Comfort! I don’t think all cities have the Comfort fare option though

I had Subaru Legacy 2019 restyle with 2.5 Liters. This CVT gearbox is just an awful in terms of dynamics and acceleration since it’s too slow in comparison to conventional automatic transmission. You always have to press deeper the acceleration pedal to reach the power of the engine on high rpm. Good car but the CVT transmission is just a trash

Does 3.6R V6 get good gas mileage I'm having a hard time deciding between the 3.6R or the 2.5i I know the V6 has more power but I also need good gas mileage

If you do mostly highway or rural driving, the 3.6 is decent, but otherwise the 2.5 would be better
