Soft Double Chocolate Chips Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar (110g)
- 1/3 Cup White Sugar (65g)
- 1/2 Cup Butter (125g)
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1 Tbs Milk Powder (10g)
- 1 Tsp Corn Starch (5g)
- 1 1/4 Cup Flour (150g)
- 1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder (45g)
- 150g Chopped Milk Chocolate

Instructions
1. Add in butter, brown sugar & white sugar into a bowl. Whisk until light and fluffy.
2.Then add in egg & vanilla extract. Whisk again until well combine.
3.In another bowl, add in flour, cocoa powder, milk powder, corn starch, baking soda, baking powder & salt. Whisk to combine. Then pour it into the wet ingredients. Fold it in until just combine. Don't overmix.
4.Pour in the chocolate chips into the mixture. Fold it in until incorparated.
5.Scoop the dough into a ball (approximately 50g). Chill it in the fridge for atleast 3 hours or overnight.
6.Once rested, place it on line baking pan & bake it in preheated oven (185C) for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown on the sides.
7.Takes out from the oven & sprinkle the top with some flaky salt.
