I didn't know that if you won continously you will play with MK1 character! Besides I remember from the 90's that this game has lots of cheats which not alot of people know. Also, your game is different from SEGA, I think you got the Arcade edition.
Liu Kang is a shaolin monk, he wasn't meant to kill. Wtf can't people see that was the INTENT from the beginning? Goofy take of course it's not lethal it WASN'T suppose to kill genius its a story reason for that! People man just hate what everyone else hates.
they've re-released them in a few ways (ps2 had the midway arcade treasures games, I think shaolin monks had mk2, then there's the MK Arcade Kollection, etc.) none of them were arcade perfect though
That was his fatality in the first MK as well. People always thought it was lame, but the idea was that Liu Kang was different from the other combatants and didn’t kill. Obviously, that changed in MK2 with the dragon morph fatality.
