shopping without checking tags would be hard for me, i’ve gotten so used to discounted prices that i’ll feel like $10 jeans at a thrift store is too much.
For me it's more that I have a strict budget and I can't go over it unless I don't want to eat for a day or more. My cats need food too so I'm looking at the price tags and keep it to a minimum.

Wait really? I find that to be cheap haha. Most thrift stores in my area are $6-10, but less on half off days

Here in thrift shops I got new clothes made of good quality fabric for 1€, and leather for 5€ so I feel like this prices are way too expensive for being second hand
A video idea; choosing 3 things in a sewing book and doing it. Or flipping to a random page and you have to do it.
Thrift stores are raising their prices so much where I live it’s getting annoying, and the amount of vintage stuff is dwindling. Everything there is like forever 21 stuff that is going to fall apart after not even a year. Fast fashion is ruining thrifting at this point cuz it’s flooding all the thrift stores.
I know it costs more, but definitly look into "mom and pop" or cosignment based. There's also local ran charity shops that have an overflow of donations that do fill a bag or deals. It takes time to find them, but that's how do it in VT! Lots of small, overlooked places
Sometimes yard sales have awesome clothes! I went to one where the woman was my size - everything was $5 or under! I spent $100 and got so many outfits!
If you want the green skirt to have more room for movement, you can always open one side of the underskirt. It won't be visible anyway and will make the skirt that much more practical ☺️ and great video as always! 🌻🌸☀️
I always forget skinnier people find clothes too small for them, too. It's a good reminder that it's not the body that's the problem, but the clothes
If you wanna know if something fits on the waist, just wrap the waist part of the piece of cloth around your neck. If both ends don't touch at the back of your neck, then it doesn't fit. If it touch, it fits. If there's too much fabric and it kinda fold, it's too big

I just happened to stumble across a video of yours today, where you talked about sewing, knitting, and crochet. In fact, you stated it was your last video of 2021. Anyway, I have to say, I love your attitude!! I have been crocheting for about 2 years now. My mom was a fantastic seamstress and made ALL my clothes as a child😁. She even made some clothes for my daughter when she was little. She passed in 2020, and I have vowed to learn to sew, even tho I am 60 years old 😬. Where did you get your dress form? I asked my cat if she’s unpredictable, she says yes. She then proceeded to rub her face on my blanket and all over the yarn I was working with and shock herself from the static. Small predator is a mess and not too intimidating. On the other hand my other cat Sammy is like a cat and a half in size and greeted me one morning by eating a mouse he caught outside whole. He lets me and only me hold him like a baby though so 🤷♀️
Edit: Sammy’s also the only family cat that leaves my sister’s guinea pigs alone and yes he knows they’re there. He’s the only one of the cats competent enough to hunt but also the only one that understands that the inside rodents are not for eating.
See I'm trying to figure out why my Iccarus is only eating lettuce and not meat. She'll eat her food and I get the premium cat food. But fresh meat she will not touch, My other cats will eat fresh meat and slap each other for it. I dunno anymore.
