Thanks for posting. Collaros is still an excellent QB. My family was at the game and what struck us were two things: ball possession in favour of the Argos, and the Argos were calm in pursuing good play calls.

For crying out loud Zach has been with the Bombers for 5 years and in the CFL for 10+ years and people still can't spell his name. It is Z-A-C-H C-O-L-L-A-R-O-S
The problem is the 3rd string QB was not capable for carrying team to the victory. The issue is the offensive game plan was ignoring the top player on the field. Oliveira should have carried the ball more often and force the defence to tighten up at the line and give the receivers more room.
The biggest problem is we got out coached big time last time we won the cup Lapo was o coordinator under pierce we are 0-3 Zack played better under lapo let’s bring him back and send buck out the door
He is done. Enough is enough. Collaros has had an amazing career but he tosses pick after pick now at the worst times possible. Miller and Walters needs to go after VA and steal him away from BC.
@@Rocky-e2b Bad luck in two Grey Cup losses. His kicker blew it for him one year so not his fault. But the last Grey Cup was terrible. It was all on the lame boring coaching of Pierce and OShea but it all falls on Zach. He played one of his worst games at the worst possible time. We need VA from BC...sell the farm to get him at all costs
@@DeeDeevanGogh yea, also in 22 the kick was blocked so they lost, 23 he played just fine actually, most importantly they ran brady, that pick in the endzone was just great defence. This year his hand got badly hurt, plus receivers were not catching and running lazy routes. Does not help that everyone around him is doing stupid things like getting dumb penalties or coughing up the ball, he is still elite and will bounce back next year
@donmcewan8807 He didn't throw a TD pass in the 2019 GC victory. He hasn't thrown a TD pass in the last three GC's. In the 5 GC starts, he's thrown for 2 TD's (both in 2022) and 8 INT's. That should tell you everything you need to know. People are talking about the cut finger, but he only had 6 completions before that. Zach might be the nicest guy in the world, I wish him no ill will whatsoever. He just doesn't get the job done in the big game. He wilts. If the BB organization prioritized success over loyality, GC 111 would be the last time ZC starts at QB for the Bombers. Buck Pierce should be sent packing too. His play calling was horrendous. Maybe it sounds harsh, but that's football. ZC has guaranteed money from the Blue and Gold next season, so he will be back. Mark my words, nothing will change. There will be no more redemption games. With our luck though, the BB release him and in his first season with another team, he beats the BB in the GC. That would be so on brand from Bomber football.
I agree. Zach has had an outstanding career. But he has slowed considerably getting out of the pocket. And throws untimely pics. I think there is going to be some good younger QBs available at free agency. And if I was a Bombers fan I would want the team to go in that direction. Best of luck Bombers Argooooooooos 🏈

Need to make a change on who call the plays on offence! Buck Pearce plays to conservative in the big game! 3 Grey Cups especially!
