I thought it could test without going through all that so after the lights went on and nothing was happening I figured it didn't work :( . When the codes come on, do they continue until you open the door or do you have to be there at the very end to catch it once? Also, if it detects a problem half way through, will it stop and keep flashing that code or will it flash and move on to the next one?

He probably uses muriatic acid to clean the tub and tiles. Would you be interested in a service manager position in Arvada? Let me know and I can give you all the details.

Read your tech sheet for newer models, you have to advance the unit for it to run a service diagnostic cycle
If you shoot another video, please show the lights blinking (or whatever happens) to let us know what the error code is.

It takes about 15 minutes
It takes about 3 minutes to think then will start filling. What is yours doing

Mine does not do anything when it is supposed to start the test. Only the 3 lights stay on.

I'm having an issue getting it to run the diagnostic. I did the 3 buttons 3 times and all the lights come on but it never does anything.
It takes like 3-5 minutes to think be patient. Also takes 13-15 minutes to finish all the cycles
If the element isn’t drying the next thing to check is the OWI.
Sounds like you need a new heating element
