After swim practice everyday my team would play a game called peanuts the rules are so simple 6 people go at a time each one of the has their own block the coaches would say take your mark and yell out random words but you can go unless they say PEANUTS
I do performance swimming and I had the nationals and I'm not lying, but it doesn't really jump correctly because it takes a little belly, you absolutely don't have to take your seat

How do I not dive deep? I keep having the problem that I’m always nearly touching the floor and had to push myself up
