On the right hand side of the airplane its normal to see all flags mirrored, thats because flags are displayed as if they where flying in the wind on their pole.
You will always see mirrored flags on the right side of airplanes, just so you know ;)

Flags are always mirrored on the other side to look like the wind is coming from the front. The side of the flag where the flagpole would be is always forward.
The procedure in which you started up the airplane and pushed back would make every 777/787 rated pilot have a stroke. In the famous words of Swiss001, but that's another story.

the thing with the flags is correct as (at least for America) the flag is supposed to be drawn as it would look when affected by the wind and on the right side of the plane when its moving forward, the flag will look backwards

I have ADHD and I am a student pilot with first class medical! ADHD isn’t everything
They don't care about adhd because I have it. I'm currently going to flight school and will get my private pilots license next July. The FAA only limits the medication because it affects the minds ability to think. Which in our case screws us over with adhd
Regarding the flags on the fuselage, FUN FACT, This is made on purpose to imagine the air stream making those flags floating like that ;) same on Ryanair 737s

Side note, the American flag being reversed on the other side is actually correct. US registered commercial airliners do this. It is because this is how the American flag looks when it is facing in the wind. I'm pretty sure US Navy aircraft paint their flags on planes like this too.

Something insane is that the DHC-4 caribou cost 15 dollars and has functional circut breakers for some reason. But not all the cockpit switches work. I dont understand.
Just FYI, I don’t exactly know why the other flags are backwards, but the American flag is backwards on that side, because the stars will *ALWAYS* face forward, signifying that America is always pushing forward. 😊

You have to download them in the PMDG Ops center, which is all free as long as you bought the plane.
At this point I’m fully convinced swiss001 doesn’t know anything about operating airliners
