Beautiful video reminded me of my winter Spit trip 5-6 years back when me and my friend were the only outsiders their, In winters the route from Manali to Kaza is usually closed because the Kunzum pass is out of bounds because of snow so that was not possible.....but Kaza in winters is very beautiful and yes the challenges of winters in Gaza like normal washrooms locked out and only special type available :)

I visited spiti with my cousin in August 2018 from delhi via manali and get back via rekong, shimla route. That was an awesome trip. We managed the trip in a budget of rs. 11-12 k for both all inclusive.. At that time we visited dhankar but the no water in the lake which was disappointing. When going to kaza from manali bus was broke down in the afternoon mid way and they not managed to get the another bus till late evening. But the good thing is that we manage to get lift from some unknown person who is indian but lives in London along with his friend and cousin in their 7 sitter car. Thanks to them and now he is my good friend.

Radhika, you have shown bus options (public transport) from delhi.we can take bus from shimla and all other places in spiti is shared gpysy or taxis are also available. And scooty is also avalaible at all small places which u shown. Plz guide us.

1. Yes you can 2. Car Reckong Peo and fir Kaza mein fill karne ko milega 3. Drink loads and loads of water Delhi se hi. Jitna zyada pani utni jaldi acclimatize hoge 4. Homestay anyday :)
