I think you should also go to Rakchham which is midway while going to Chitkul from Sangla and is one of the hidden gems where you can go for camping during summers. I went there while I was on a solo trip during winters and it was worth taking a break while going to Chitkul. Apart from that as far as connectivity is concerned, Jio has a really good network coverage across Kinnaur. Also there's a fort in Kalpa which I think you forgot to cover in your video.
Is it feasible for exploring this beautiful place alone during this Pandemic situation? I reside in New Delhi and willing to travel in the month of August.

Kalpa is best. It's like u living in dream. Chitkul is amazing. You can see mountain, farmer plouging in traditional method and river is flowing down. No word or expression can explain this beauty.

I visited so many place in HP like Manali Shimla Kangra Palampur but I saw kinnaur first time on youtube in 2012 and from that day m just in luv with this place. My first visit to kinnaur and spiti was in 2013 and i left my heart in kinnaur. After that day i dont know how many time i have visited kinnaur. I explored offbeat villages like Ribba, Moorang, Lambar, Kanam,pooh,pangi,jaani,Nichar and i also done Yula kanda trek and bhabha valley trek in 2016. I gained so many frnds from kinnaur during my visit. Kinnaur is one of the most beautiful place in Himachal and the only place which is as beautiful as kinnaur is Chamba. Yes Chamba is just love. But here comes the twist. In 2018 i visited UK for the first time and we end up there in Niti valley and Man just blv me just blv me the place is soo scenic like i never thought that is there any place more scenic than kinnaur. But Niti is the place where anybody want to be quarantine for lifetime. I left my heart in kinnaur but I left my soul in Niti.
Should take bus from Shimla rather than Delhi...a stopover in Shimla is helpful. I have visited Sangla and my sister has explored pretty much all of Kinnaur on entirely her own. We have also completed Rupin Pass. I would also suggest you to go to Rupin Pass next time, the pass starts from Dhaula in Uttarkashi and ends at Sangla.
Himachal is the fruit basket of India. Apples were first brought to India by stokes and first plantation was done in kotgarh Shimla. I've had Kashmiri apples didn't found any difference, they are exported to other countries same goes for Himachal. No comparison needed. Kinnauri apples are famous because they are a different height than Shimla /kullu/chamba /Manali height resulting into increased time period and hence the supply is at last resulting into higher prices otherwise there isn't much difference. I've had European,American now variety is immense in Himachal unfortunately people don't know enough outside mountains.

Next time also try chakka trek; above roughi village. That is on the height of 15000 feet. Also explore Rakcham village near chitkul. You can enjoy best camping experience
