Great video!! Also yes, sometimes sprinting can be a good idea for finishing things But sometimes it can be bad, if that's the case, then the best is to stop the sprinting
Been there many many times for sure :P That's why I'm so into setting up stuff like the sprint board, or other project management tools that can keep *me* on track haha.

I see your point. I think you could definitely sprint too much and it would both lose it's value and potentially be damaging.

So what i do is i just get sudden inspiration work nonstop, then it fades away and i just dont for several months

Good question. Either habit or it just feels natural to do it :)
