im 15 and im currently doing rental karting and you are the person who inspired me to try karting and try to get to F1 Keep up the great videos
Thank you very much. I’m glad you all enjoyed the video and I’m glad I’ve inspired you to get into racing. Best of luck on your journey 💪💪👍
@Alex26moore Thanks man you too
I’m almost 16 and live in the US and I want to be in racing, but I don’t know if my parents will approve of my career. You inspired me to still want to do racing even though my parents might not think I can do it. Thanks so much!
That’s amazing mate, I’m glad I could inspire you to do that. Starting at 16 is tough but I started there too and I’m sure with enough hard work we can both make it
@@Alex26moore I’ll be praying for you! See you on the other side soon🙂
See you there on track 🤝
I’ve always wished and I could dream to be in F1 but I wish you the best in your career and journey to get to f1.
Thanks very much. Hopefully I can make it pro and you guys can follow me whole career here on TH-cam
Great vid man. One thing you may want to consider getting is a laptimer that tracks both your time and engine speed (if it is allowed). Other than that keep practicing and keep your head in the game. No race is won on the first lap, and it’s not over ‘til it’s over.
Yeah I definitely do need to get one. I think one of the mechanics I’m working with has a spare one so hopefully i can use that next time
i will buy it for 100$ and throw in an extra 20$ for the equipment 👼
I wish you the best of luck with that price range 🙏
@@Alex26moore 😭
we got road to F1 before GTA 6
You know it 😂😂
Always have a fully charged battery before you go out on any track. It’s a pain if you’re in a race and your battery dies.
Yeah. It’s somthing that’s always at the front of my brain now
@@Alex26moore haha, I always make sure!
Bro you need a display on there to see ur engine temperature or ur gonna have some issues
Yeah this was just the first test. I have one now
Here before you're famous
🤝
Great job
Thank you 🙏
great driving! but nest time if its with the same kart, try to put the front wheels in an bit. So you will decrease youre front grip on the kart, because it looks like you got way too much front grip on the kart and you will most likely get a ton more stability if you choose to put the front tires in an bit more :)
I will remember that for next time
Damn u have ur own cart
Yeah I finally got there
Hoping you the best m8, I'm 17 and in my 3rd year in competitive karting, my first year in a 125cc engine and I'll be moving to Europe in the coming months, and hopefully I can get myself sorted out quick there
Idk how the track feels there, but where I compete in (being in México), the rubber on track is insane, to the point your kart bounces a ton exiting corners (I injured my back in two different occasions, both during national events), either way, if you can, make use of the on track rubber as much as you can lol
Don't forget also, that if you feel physical exhaustion, especially on the neck, don't feel alarmed, happened to me and might happen to all of us, physical preparation is key and it'll come with time
Idk how much you know these, but I hope you find them useful
Thanks for the tips. I’ll try to remember them for next time I’m in the kart
Great vid man, i dont know If u have a rib protecter be anything else on the kart. You have amezing speed and i Would mby sacrifice speed for the corner
Thanks mate. I’ll have a look at sacrificing speed but I think I was already dropping a lot to make the corners. I’ll see next time I’m on track
i would love to join you man
Great video man. I would recommend trying a lower hp kart to learn the key parts of karting because it is easier to learn to drive with a kart with lower hp.
I have driven rentals before it’s just it was my first time driving rotax karts
Ik investing in the man’s career will be the best decision ill ever make🫡
Thank you, I won’t disappoint🫡
Keep going mate💪💪 im sure you’ll improve a lot with this new kart🙈
I hope so. Just gonna keep practicing til I get there
When Will you post the next video?
Well I’m recording another 2 next week but then I’m away for a week so the next one will probably be out in around 2 weeks
tracks very similar to austria
In a way yeah, like a mini Austria
remember us when you reach f1
Thank you 🫡
How long do you use your tires? Mine are from the stone age
That’s a great question. I’ll let you know when I know myself haha
@@Alex26mooreDo you know now?
U van do it
Thanks bro 🙏
How old are you? So if your younger than 16 it’s really late to start racing cars. You could win the Rotax grand finals and then join a gt racing team but f1 will be impossible.
I’m actually 18 now. I started karting at 16. And in terms of going pro, I’d love to reach f1 but I get at my age it’s a very slim chance to make it. I’m just going to work as hard as I can and see how far I can go
@@Alex26moore you can do it. I believe in you.
@@Alex26moore im also a Rotax karting driver. I started karting since I’m 10 and now I’m 14. I race in Rotax Junior. It’s not my goal to race real cars. My goal is to ride a senior Rotax around Europe and become the best.
Let’s go bro that’s amazing, best of luck to you. Hopefully see you on track in the future 💪💪
@@Alex26moore thank you so much. I live in Switzerland. I guess you in UK?
