First and foremost, I wish to thank the generosity of the individual who kindly gifted me a membership "in absentia." Since the Livestream came on during the night for me, unfortunately I fell asleep before I could continue to participate. Secondly, I want to thank Michelle for her intelligent insights and adherence to facts in the cases she discusses, including Sebastian's.

The term ""cleared"" is NOT a legal term used by anyone legit in LE or in any court at all. One either IS, or one is NOT a suspect. No such term as ""cleared""...!😊
Technically yes, but on YT you can't say that without adding allegedly, or in my opinion. Much easier to say cleared than forget the extra words and get timed out by the algorithm.
Other than a trial, who is watching a 7 hrs livestream, 1hr is my focus, but 2hrs mostly a limit, and i make a very few exceptions, You are one, lawyers are another....but no7 hrs of people just mkndlessly on and on.

My son got lost I called the cops they made me stay in my house they kept a cop there to keep me calm. And it had been hours since my son was missing in the woods. My son was found about 4 mi from my house he was 5 years old babysitter was 14 that walked them in the woods they got lost. Told me not to leave my house. They start asking me all kinds of questions to keep me calm.
And he was found about 4 hours later. I was so shaken up. I didn't call his father they told me not to they have about 80 cops come to my house and had me show him where they went into the woods, Thank God he was found right around 9:00 at night
They had helicopters everything looking for them.
There’ll be a special place in the afterlife for The Replay Crew, I’m sure. I get up at least by 5 a.m. every day with a list of chores to do. Self-discipline forces me to ignore the fact that Michelle is doing a live and, sadly, by the time I can sit down to TH-cam…here I am again.

Tennessee has soo many licenses plate readers and there is only one way in or out of their street. Many of the homes leading to the main road have cameras and would've caught the cars coming or going

I've found I've changed alot as I get older, but I never expected I'd turn into a republican who leans toward the defense in criminal trials... 🤯 ive always felt if the police had reasonable cause to arrest and charge someone then they were guilty and I'd be pissed at the antics the defense put forth. But, lately it seems I'm seeing more and more of the police just want to arrest SOMEONE and cover their botched investigations. Namely the Karen Reed and Richard Allen trials/charges. Maybe it's not a change in me so much as an actual conspiracy to simply convict someone, anyone. I believe KR MAY have hit him with her car, and didn't realize due to drunkeness or whatever but i dont think it was intentional at all and she has been overcharged. I still believe Murdaugh, vallow, daybell, koeburger etc are guilty. Casey Anthony and OJ were guilty as well...
Anyone got any opinions on the west Memphis three? Guilty? Innocent? I feel drawn to catch up on the actual investigation in that case although it's years and years old. Any suggestions on videos to watch good coverage?

If LE was wearing body cams, I have never seen them, only allegedly verbal communications between 911 operator and officers

Yes i agree and have been saying it for weeks, too, Michelle. GO NORTH. NorthWest of their home. With lack of emotions, all the lying, no searching/putting out flyers/etc, explosive behaviors, no scent trail outside of house, their definition of discipline/punishment, leaving the house and now selling the house, rude description of Sebastian, .............. the list goes on and on. Because of all this, i am leaning in the poll for CP and KP to have done something with Sebastian.

I lost my mom at 14 of Cancer an I know what you mean an I found out I was pregnant so I had a lot on my plate at that time I am 56 now an I made it my husband of 32 years died at the age of 49 life has not been great but I made the best of what I had

Thank you for being the voice of reason. I've said since very early on that Seth and Chris are two sides of the same coin, it's just Chris was under attack and Seth wasn't. I remember watching Seth on another TH-camr's channel and this TH-camr was looking for some way to get Seth to place even the slightest blame at Chris and Katie. Seth was led in pretty easily and the hooks were in. By the next day it was blown wide open. This same TH-camr has ''helped' Seth in a couple other ways that have brought us to this point. I stopped watching that channel immediately after. It only took a couple questions from this guy to get this started, while I was sitting there saying "Don't answer that, don't answer that, don't say anything", and then Seth did it. This TH-camr wanted some drama and he knew what to say to boost his channel, not to contribute anything to find Sebastian. Seth needs to understand that the majority of the people he's talking to don't have his or Sebastian's best interest at heart.

Why was Katie so sure that ""he walked out that door"" ? I mean there are other possibilities like he was kidnapped from his room. Katie being so fixed on one theory is in itself a major red flag for foul play imho. Tell me im wrong
LE have said no evidence of foul play so therefore there’s no evidence of kidnapping or anyone entering or exiting via a window.
I think someone had the code to get into the front door and waited for Katie to turn out the lights. Then they drugged Sebastian and dragged him out of the house.
Maybe he had threatened to?

If anyone trys to slander Seth they better have something to back it up with because there a lawyer involved. I think this is just the beginning. When Sebastian is found there will be a lot tears shed if anyone went through Gannon Stauch case they know. Hopefully the strong ones will be there for the rest of the team.

I worked. In a facility for emotionally disturbed children, percentage of austistic children came from "rooms" in the garage because of behavior, incontinence. IMO, could or not be true, waiting 4 LE facts.

I believe theres a distinct difference between calling emergency personal-we literally call them 1st responders and "notifying next of kin" that something awful has already happened. Call 911 and ask to be transferred to the most local is always your best bet . But calling someone else first--that ends up calling a back number not the local LE is puzzling & time comsuming. I dont see KP as a femme fatale that cant handle things, esp if she survived the military. Im not pointing fingers, i just thinkpeople should call LE or emergency services 1st. Our LE wants the eyes-on bystander not a 3rd party.

I do not know about some of the cases being mentioned but in the Summer Wells case there is still one person driving the roads going anywhere and everywhere possible this child could be, he will post on you tube sometimes about where he has gone and where he is going and mentions occasionally that hes talked to various people along his search journey.
Ryan Finds Truth. He is and still looks for Summer Wells. People that are familiar with that case may would like to look for him on you tube. This Sebastian Rogers case is the only one that ive ever followed. He may possibly be looking for Sebastian Rogers along his search journey for Summer Wells.
I still think Summer isn't in Tennessee ,how many times can the same places be searched after almost 3 years ? I thought a psychic already knew where she was and what happened 🤷♂️. Don't know why Andy Bernard is helping,I must have missed the press conference clearing him as a suspect ?

I am mixed on theories, Michelle, yet I still watch your channel!😉. I originally bypassed his case when it first came out, to be honest, but I circled back around after Riley’s case💚. I originally believed Katie, but they do make it difficult to believe with all of their strange behavior. I do think 🤔, if he took off, there was an argument that he would leave without shoes 👟 and/or had internet 🛜 access. It does bother me that she rules out an abduction, immediately. If he was going to “walk out the front door, why wouldn’t you grab your shoes 👞 sitting there, Unless you were provoked. The thud also is concerning to me. It is a bizarre case; nevertheless, if he did take off, I wonder if he had walked across the retention pond. I hope 🤞 he didn’t try to 🙈 hide & something happened. The only reason I am suspect of the those two, the way they act, but Inknow teenagers can get pissed 😡 & run 🏃 off. It is a hot 🥵 mess, and I wish they would find Sebastian 💚. I just hope that the searchers understand they may not be looking 👀 for a person at this point, as remains can look much different, unfortunately.
Now we know that trevor Lee was involved in crossing boundaries with ninas case at court against Chris . I learned from watching TH-cam different creators. That’s a big mess. Creators need to be careful. Seemed like he was trying to help but at the same time getting info sneaky behind the scenes. 😮
For those who keep saying chris kept his cool in clues interview because of Seth's meltdown that is absolutely false. Chris talked to clue before Seth had his meltdown.
Here are the main questions that i have and surely many others have.....
What was the thud bump or thump that K heard coming from Sebastians room.?
Or did she REALLY hear one? OR
Is it just her saying that ?
The bottom top and in between line is we all most likely know is this will not have a good outcome no matter how long it takes to find Sebastian Rogers. We also know that SOMEONE KNOWS and that someone is the one that did this.
The best we can hope for is he is found. Regardless of how where or when he is found.

Luv that you continue to point to the north for search direction - if Sebastian did walk away, versus was somehow picked up, then it does seem very plausible that he would head north up Kellyn Ln to its end into the woods up in that vicinity or somehow turned that side entrance into and thru the adjacent construction area.
I personally have little faith in the LE's search capabilities these days, they seem long on technical and hardware resources - thermal imaging, drones, All Terrain Vehicles, etc etc etc galore - and very very short on common sense and diligence. My "Exhibit #!" in support of this opinion was the Brian Laundrie search where LE very conspicuously utilized all of their shiny new toys with correlatedly conspicuous deployment of elaborately kitted out LE manpower but nonetheless utterly failed to find a trace of the young man whereupon, after almost two weeks of the LE extravaganza (and sweet fat over-time checks for the LE troops), his parents strolled a few feet from the parking lot where his abandoned car was found and, voila!, why there's his boy floating in a marsh.
So, bottom line, I think all of the areas already presumably "searched" should, ideally, be re-searched in a thoughtful and comprehensive, boots-on-the-ground, shoulder-to-shoulder manner. Sadly , however, I don't think that there seems any LE appetite for that sort of resources - $$$, manpower, authorization - commitment.
Instead, I think the Tennessee authorities have adopted a "wait-and-see" posture - "wait and see" if there's a good tip they assess as worth following up and "wait and see" if someone happens upon the boy. Very similar to the Summers Wells case status, and likely many many other cases of missing persons.
And, from a practical "real world" perspective I can understand that LE "arc of physical activity" in these cases, however, the lackadaisical search efforts are troubling to me to the extent that their dalliances make a huge different in the first critical couple of days there is the hope that the missing person may be found alive while LE "group think" attention seems too often to be more focused on mentally banking their overtime checks and playing with their newest tech toys. That bureaucratic mindset of passive "show acting" a search disgusts me.
As for the volunteer searchs? Well, certainly they are well-meaning, but you just have to watch a few of the live-streamed ones and what come to mind is: sporadic, considerably less than methodically thorough, in short, not carefully planned or professionally executed. In short, "hit or miss". That's find, but it's distressing to hear some of these volunteer search proclaim "we searched that area, there's nothing there", it's counter-productive to the extent such empty boasting & TH-cam/TicTok bravado might forestall a validly systematic search or re-search of said area.
So bottom line, imo, that's just the reality of the case status at this point - wait & see if a valuable tip or a happenchance "find" occurs - and everything else - EVERYTHING else - going on is just circus sideshows feuled by a variety of motivations.

What I do know is CP is in control of Katie and this was shown by The Interview Room.

I agree, like him or not for whatever reason, Chris Proudfoot did a very good job answering the guest interviewer's questions. Thanks for the replay, I would never, normally watch 3 hrs on a channel like that. And, having watched this clip of Miss Cassie again, I might be picking up on her cues after almost three years. I noticed once she worked out you didn't want her to look for the phone in your hand, her nose went down but more importantly her tail went off like a helicopter! Funny girl.

I missed the live and therefore the poll... my vote is he ran away from a confrontation with Katie and some tragedy befell him outside and he hasn't been found yet. Possibly with her being on the phone with Chris he said leave him out there, he will learn not to do whatever it was they were into it about. And she went to bed and he didn't come home. That's what, if anything, she is hiding.

They didn’t come for Sebastian these are hikers groups that were asked to come by Pascal, they aren’t local community volunteers. Not even one of Seth’s family or friends came, only 1 co worker. Everyone sees what’s happening and how he acts in person and how everyone demands you believe the rumors and that Chris and Katie did something. Locals need to start live streaming this has gotten disgusting, the reality of the situation on line is nothing like reality of the actual reality.. if that makes sense

It's not a criminal investigation so I doubt they checked out all of Chris's family who happened to live close by and spent the last day with Sebastian.

All of the continued drama only shows what kind of surroundings Sebastian was living with. None of it is helping anyone find Sebastian. Just so puzzling on where he went. You`d think the parents would do everything and anything to help find their son. I wouldn't question anything. Please look. Please ask. Just a shame all this drama keeps happening.
😒😒I don’t care how calm he his, Chris proudfoot just lies. And saying that his garage isn’t open often doesn’t mean people can’t see in there. The size of the garage and how much crap is in it is another story.
Creators may be insinuating or making up content, But Seth himself is out there saying things beyond the pale! On Nancy Grace, when Seth was asked about his theory, he said he believed Katie gave Sebastian too much sleep medication and it killed Sebastian. Seth, someone who has a significant amount of influence and thousands of fans, should NEVER speak anything like that, ESPECIALLY with NO evidence.
Creators have some power to whip people up, but when the father of the missing child is given a platform to accuse his X-wife of murdering their son, people will go off the rails, grab their pitchforks and go on a rampage straight to Katie.
Seth has not only stirred up never-ending drama, but might have set into play irrevocable consequences.
