Hopefully a clean break on the bones and the ligaments can be repaired. A tough road to recovery. The rehab will be hard work but if done right there is no reason not to return to dancing. The hardest thing to get back is your confidence. Time will heal that too.
I also saw this same kind of injury happen to a UFC fighter when he got kicked in the leg. I see that she was holding her leg up probably because she was in shock. I'm wondering is it good for her foot for her to be holding her leg up like with her foot dangling like that? Also do you know if her leg ended up okay after that?

Actually it was the joint connecting her foot to her leg that got dislocated. This same thing happened to a UFC fighter.
