Orby has it down. So many coaches and teachers can't find a medium between being a push over and being plain mean, challenging them with out being cruel, but this guy has it and that's why it works
how is that a level 4 team. Some girls can’t even do walkovers
my middle school cheer team is better than them
Why are they all on level 4? Some of the girls on this team are barely level 1! They all just kind of throw themselves backwards or lift someone up or jump in the air with no technique whatsoever. My coach would KILL me if my team looked/acted like this. This seems like the kind of team that's just in it for fun (which it should be) but they don't want to work for it. It's ridiculous.

Is it just me or are they just like not a level 4 team like... at all... I honestly think they need to be a level 1 or 2
Back walkover in level 4??
If I was crying during a routine going into a stunt, I'd be pulled and replaced immediately! Unacceptable
They just need to grow thicker skin. But good for them for trying their hardest.
they should NEVER laugh before, in and after a stunt. That's extremely dangerous for all basses and expecially the flys
that coach looks 100% percent done

I noticed, that most of the girls sneakers look nice and new... if they look that way... something is deff wrong... they are Deff NOT working hard enough. That's a sure sign right there lies a huge problem.!!!! You watch Smoed, and every single guy/girl has at least 1 - 4 holes on the bottoms of all their shoes!!! Work, Condition! Eddie and Orby Can't do it for you girls!

I just have to say that orby is so nice and caring. He is the best.
I understand where every one is coming from. But however, I feel bad for the coach. She looks so sad a depressed almost embarrassed that her team is that bad. Also at the fact that she can't even coach her own team. She has to call people all the way from CA to get them right. Like, I would be upset to.
I thought back walkovers were level 1 skills and this was a level 4 team??
